I spoke to them over the phone. It went really well and they were very honest. They provided a lot of information and we decided not to use them only because of the cost. We had to take our rug to their place and we decided to purchase a steamer so that we could do it at home itself. They were great. We have wood floors and it was just one rug. If I have carpeting, then I would talk to them again. Their follow-up and everything else was very good too.

He did an excellent job cleaning my carpets and I am just amazed how good they turned out. His knowledge about carpets in general was so professional and he was willing to take the time to explain what he would be doing during the cleaning process on my carpets. I really appreciate the care and quality of service he provided.
