When I purchased the automatic pool vacuum cleaner, the employee was very helpful in making sure that I got the one that was appropriate for my pool. She was very thorough in explaining what I need to do to set it up. I was very happy with my purchase and with the assistance I received. I also buy my supplies form them. I think that they are a bit on the expensive side but, overall I am pleased because I can find what I need and, if they do not have it, they will get it. Being that I am not very knowledgeable about pools and maintenance. They do a very good job explaining what I need to do and how to do it.
