They had to make 4-5 runs to Home Depot. They were not prepared for the job. They also fell through my ceiling and left a massive hole, I had to hire someone else to fix it

This company is a total rip off. I was charged $150.00 to install only a handle on my toilet. The plumber went to Home Depot and bought one handle. I also needed a leak in my bathtub/shower checked. The plumber said he had to knock out wall which would be $500.00 plus the cost of repair. He spent about 5 minutes soldering the pipe, left the wall mess on the floor and charged me another $100.00. When he left I flushed the toilet he replaced the handle on and it wouldn t stop running flooding my bathroom floor. I called the office and the receptionist said she would contact the plumber to come back to my home. He initially didn t want to come back he said I told you yesterday you needed a new toilet. He reluctantly came back and said problem fixed it was twisted inside the toilet? Later that evening I took a shower and the water was flowing to the bathtub and through the shower head resulting in no shower pressure. Before he soldered the pipe water pressure was fine. I called the company in the morning and explained what had happened the plumber called me back and said I told you that you needed to replace the copper pipes they are old. When he soldered the pipe some debris must of came loose. I said it needs to be fixed he said I will give you a deal I know exactly what the problem is and I will cut you a deal for another $200.00. I said no thank you and the jobs are not to my satisfaction.

Main water inlet valve was faulty. I called Peter's on the phone. Technicians came within 2 hrs, assessed the job, and by my choice decided to do the repair in the morning. Technicians arrived on time, and removed the faulty valve. Job entailed more work than envisioned because pipe was brittle but they dug and replaced the fitting necessary and installed the new valve. Very neat welding/soldering. Tidied up before leaving and made sure everything was working before leaving. I am very pleased.

They overcharged,, Misdiagnosed the problem, not followed appropriate plumbing standards, effected work that caused damage to the site. Had us purchase unneeded materials .

Negotiated a fair price for a gas water heater in my garage, old one was leaking. Installation was done, everything looked good. Completely unrelated issue required me to have gas company out to my house 2 weeks later. Gas company technician refused to relight the hot water heater after he finished outside my house because he claimed two errors with the original installation. Peter's Plumbing did send someone out right away, and explained that the installer I had was recently fired. I was dismayed to learn I may have had gas or fumes venting into my garage improperly and was charged additionally because I had to add a sediment trap. That should have been part of original price if required by code. Overall, I feel I overpaid and I feel very uncomfortable recommending them.
