Dependable and professional service

I contacted another plumber to complete the work, they couldn’t get it done and told me the solution would cost $600 and that I had to pay them $60 just for them showing up. I called Peter’s Plumbing and they solved my problem in 15 minutes for a reasonable price. From now on I am calling Peter’s Plumbing.

Honestly, they charged too much for the work. $600 to replace 3 valves: washer hot & cold, and main valve to the house (parts were $100). Also, they did not arrive at the time reserved through Home Advisor. I even notified them ahead of time to confirm the appointment. Good quality work, but overpriced for the job.

They were extremely professional and polite. I was told when I called, how much the job would cost, and the bill was what they quoted, unlike the plumber that I called, to clean the drain. The technician, Eric, explained what he was going to do, and afterwards, talked to me about what he found, and the options available to me. He answered all my questions, in terms I could understand. I would recommend them to friends.
