Painting by David did a very good job. He was the lowest of all the bids we got and probably half the cost of another painter who was trying to take advantage. That guy started dropping his price as soon as he found out his bid was getting beaten out and he should have given the best price to begin with. He gave us a very fair price to begin with, did the painting and everything he promised, he did a good job, and I have absolutely no complaints. We would use him again.

We were not there most of the time while he was painting, because we hadn't moved in to the condo yet. He kept in close touch and let us know what was going on at every step of the job. There was never a situation, like with some contractors, where you can never get a hold of them. He kept in close touch and I could always reach him by phone or email. There was never a problem there. He also didn't require payment until the job was finished. He seemed to be very concerned with the quality of his work. He wanted me to walk through and inspect the job before I paid him. Any problems he probably would have corrected before he had me pay him. 

I would give him an A. He was very, very good. I am not easily impressed, but I was with him.

Weather was an issue, which dragged it out and put pressure on David to probably move too fast. The house paint job was decent except for some major drips on the porch overhang. The driveway painting was not good, we believe it was not prepared correctly and it began peeling immediately. We tried repeatedly to contact David about the issue. He said he'd come out to fix it but never did.

I found David to be a delight with which to work. His work was excellent, including the wall and door repairs. His finished product was very neat and clean. There was no running paint, over-painting, or messes left for the customer to cleanup. Aside from the beautiful paint job in the condo, you'd never have known he was there. He left the condo as spotlessly clean as he found it. A very BIG reason I chose David as my painter is that he stuck me as someone HONEST because he did not ask for One Cent PRIOR to the completion of the job. ONLY after the job was 100% complete and I WAS SATISFIED with his work did he accept payment from me. I can't tell you how much this impressed me. At least one other painter from whom I received bids, demanded a very LARGE percentage of the job upfront. Especially in Miami (the City of Criminals) you do not want to do this because you may never see the painter OR YOUR MONEY ever again. I really cannot say enough good things about David, his integrity, and the quality of his work. If you hire David for your painting job, I believe you'll be very happy you made that choice.

David and his brother, Christian, are meticulous and I consider myself to be a very picky, detailed, pain-in-the-rear-end when it comes to having my home painted. They arrived on time every day they worked on my home and they were respectful of my privacy. They took ownership in my home in terms of the painting they did. Every day, they completely cleaned up after themselves, left no mess behind and they stored touch up paint for me at their storage facility. They use quality paints and guarantee their work. I really can refer David with confidence.

The cottage was built in 1940 had a lot of rotten wood on the outside siding and the inside walls were not in the best of shape due to a sloppy tenant. David and his brother pressure cleaned the wood that was not replaced by the carpenter, they then sealed all the joints, re-caulked the windows, sanded down the old paint and repainted the outside of the structure. On the inside, they repaired all the plaster damage, re-caulked the shower stall, and inside windows. They painted the bathroom with a paint that has a mildew inhibitor. The little building looks like a million bucks. They also repainted my white wooden picket fence and metal gate which showed a lot of rust. Both fence and gate look great.
