I found Ozone Air Design on HomeAdvisor and received a phone call from Holmes, the owner-operator, within minutes of entering my contact information. I own a condominium in Miami and had received a phone call from my tenant advising that the a/c unit was freezing up and not working properly. Holmes said he could be out at the site at 7:00 a.m. In the morning, he inspected the unit and offered a couple of options. He had other appointments scheduled during the day, but promised to return late afternoon to repair the a/c unit. He returned as promised and stayed to complete the work, even though that meant working until 8:00 p.m. I found Holmes to be professional, competent and reliable. I will continue to use his services, as I live out of state and he was so helpful and accommodating.

Holmes showed up right on time. He was very professional and thorough. Real easy to work with, and cheaper than the other 2 companies. I immediately recommended him to my neighbor.

Mr. Holmes gave me an estimate over the phone to clean the coils, drip pan and air intake over the phone. Then a few hours later he was able to make it to my house to verify what I needed and stuck with the original estimate which was very reasonable. He working very hard for about 3 hours and explained everything to me. Very nice and professional. I will hire him again for further AC work or replacement.

I got a call from them within 5 minutes of going on to home advisor. They were at my house 45 mins later told me what was wrong, explained everything to me and I had cold air that same day. Super friendly and super fast. I highly recommend them.

The owner was very professional and honest from the beginning. I hired numerous other AC guys (Central Air is one I remember) to try and fix the hot master bedroom which was receiving little to no air. Ozone went in and checked the attic and recommended we install a new vent in the bedroom. He did it in under 1 hour at a great price. The room is finally cold. I would definitely recommend them, and will be using them again.

The guy saved us a lot of money, worked very hard and was willing to fix the problems that emerged later on (showed up at the house when we discovered a leak at 11:00 p.m.). We are impressed! On the negative side, it took him 3 days to finish the job (A/C had to be replaced). I am not an expert, so it is very possible that this is exactly how long it takes for this kind of problem.

Ozone Air called me immediately, along with another company, but they were the only one who was able to show up at the time I needed them. He went to the location, reviewed the problem and quoted me a price which I thought was fair. I told him to start the work. He then called me back and said the cost was actually lower. By $20. If you want a reliable and honest company, call Ozone Air right away.

They seem like a small company, but they were prompt, professional, gave me an honest and fair evaluation and charged a very fair price
