REPLACED 3 SYSTEMS, WORKED VERY CLEAN, LEFT EVERYTHING SPOTLESS, LIKE THEY WERE NOT EVEN THERE. WOULD DEFINITLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Worse customer service. No repair comes without several calls, delays, excuses and lasts no more than a few months. This is my.experience with new 2 stage rheem unit they had install on a new home construction. They are terrible. Even for Miami standards. ???

THEY ARE NOT VERY RELIABLE. THEY DO NOT ARRIVE AT THE TIME GIVEN. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I USED THEM AND I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN. THEY REPAIRED A PART THAT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. THEY NEED TO IMPROVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
