I had a terrible problem with bugs. They came out twice to try to deal with this. The man that come the second time told me that he thought that they were in the wall and they would have to drill holes in the walls. He told me he would talk his supervisor and they would send someone to do the drilling and spray inside the wall. Someone did come to my door and then told he would be back but never returned. I called them and they never returned my call and I have not heard from them since. The worker they sent out the first two times was wonderful. The way the company did not follow through with what was said was terrible. It is hard to weigh out the two. The only way I would use them again is if it was resolved.

"A-VANISH TREATED THIS CUSTOMERS HOME ON 4/21/2008 THE CUSTOMER PAID $65 FOR PEST CONTROL AND $60 DOLLARS FOR RAT EXCLUSION A-VANISH BAITS FOR RATS WE DO NOT NORMALLY CLOSE ENTRANCE HOLES TO THE HOUSE WE POINT OUT WHERE THE HOLES ARE AND ASK THE CUSTOMER TO HAVE SOMEONE CLOSE ALL THE ENTRY POINTS. MY TECH DID THIS TO HELP THE CUSTOMER. AS FOR THE PEST CONTROL, WE DID THE FIRST SERVICE ON 4/21/2008 WHEN THERE WAS STILL A PROBLEM, WE GAVE THE CUSTOMER A TROUBLE CALL ON 5/6/2008 AT NO CHARGE. THEN WE WENT BACK OUT AGAIN ON 5/12/2008 AGAIN AT NO CHARGE. A-VANISH CONTRACT STATES THAT WE WILL COME OUT FREE OF CHARGE IN THE FIRST 30 DAYS OF THE INITIAL SERVICE IN THIS CASE WE WENT OUT TWICE. WE HAVE TO HAVE A POLICY OR WE GET SOME CUSTOMERS THAT CALL FOR A FREE SERVICE AND THEN CANCEL THE NEXT PAYING SERVICE. WE WORK VERY HARD HERE AT A-VANISH TO MAKE SURE WE GIVE THE BEST SERVICE POSSIBLE AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. WE HAVE NO RECORD OF THIS CUSTOMER TRYING TO CONTACT USE AFTER THE 5/12/2008 TROUBLE CALL. HUGH MCDADE PRESIDENT"

I have been using them for a long time. If I have a pest problem and called them, they showed up without charging me. They do termite control as well. They are very cheap and reliable. I would highly recommend them to everyone in the area.

They generally do a very good job. They do a good job showing up on time. They come over every other month to do the preventive pest control thing and spray pesticides in the lawn area. They are very professional and do very good work.

They were very quick to respond. They came in and fixed the problem for us very quickly. I think they did a good job because we haven't had any termite problems after they came over to help us that first time. The quality of their work is great, and we have been very satisfied.

They did not resolve our ant problem. They came and only wanted to spray the outside and my husband had to make them come inside to spray. The first spray was not effective so I called them back and it still did not work. After a few months, I canceled my contract and went with another company. The quality of work and customer service were terrible.

They are a honest and a reliable company. They always call to confirm the appointment and leave a note of service if I'm not home. They will even come back out free of charge and spray again if I have a problem.

If we have any problems they will come back at no charge. Their price is great and they are very nice. Each person who comes out does the areas that I have for him to do, they are very responsive and I've been happy with them for many years.

Orkin Exterminating Co. has been very reliable, efficient and thorough in their visits to my home. They always call first to let me know when they're coming and are very accommodating to my schedule. They are very careful of my property and I think they are the best exterminating company around. I pay them every 2 months.

I am pleased with the service I receive from Orkin on my yearly contract; they come every two months to do the regular insect control for me. They are dependable and we have not had any insect problems until this termite issue arose. They took care of it with their usual dependable service.

I was very happy we found a company like this one, as we no longer have any problems with insects in our home. They will even give you a free visit and spraying during the year in between their usual visits if the case calls for it, which we think is really excellent.

Orkin Exterminating comes out to our home any time we need them to. We had a fly problem and they came out five times in one day until they found that the source was outside. They solved the problem and no more flies.

It turns out that the company s owner lives close by, so he is now helping most of the neighborhood with pest control. He is a very astute and dedicated contractor that really knows what it takes to clear out any infestations. I highly recommend him.

A Vanish Pest Control comes and inspects my home for termites anytime I think I might have a problem. If I call them they usually come immediately. I am satisfied with the service and they are good people.

I HAVE USED SEVERAL DIFFERENT COMPANIES TO COME OUT AND RESOLVE THE BAD PEST PROBLEM I HAD. ORKIN IS THE ONLY COMPANY THAT COULD FIX THE PROBLEM. THE WORKERS WORK HARD TO FULFILL THEIR CUSTOMERS NEEDS.
