In a nut shell I did not get what I paid for. I was shorted a walk thru video -even after paying more (a premium) for what I got. I ordered a package that was to include a video walk thru, photo graphs, a 3D photo and a floor plan. I had used them before and got all of this one a $3500 square foot house and wanted the same on a one floor building with 4 apartments totaling about 3000 square feet. I had shopped this and looked at their web site, and found it strange that they more expensive single family home product did not include a walk thru video. Since the property was a 4 Plexiglas rezoned as single family, and the target market would be likely to gut the whole building and use as a single family home or buy the whole building to rent out, I wanted all the floor plans to be done together. I was told I could not do that, but at least the walk thru video could include all of the units in one walk thru. I am sure I wend over this. HE know what I ordered the first time - I brought up that the expensive package no longer included this but strangely the less expensive one did - but weight really fit my product since it is multifamily... Long story short, they sent the photographers. When asked what was most important I said the 2-3 minuet video of the whole place...and a floor plan that I could put together. I was never given a 2-3 minute video of the whole place, which Kyle claimed was not included but I was sure to negotiate that is was in my dealing with him. The floor plans were all done in different scale so when I put them together they did not fit right... and Kyle would not take responsibility for the miscommunication even though I did everything I could do to be clear and to ensure that they would do the short video. He did spend time helping me to set up a marketing landing page with is helpful, but I still do not have the product that I paid for and want. So, instead of the $350 all included for video walk thru, matterport 3d, floor plans and drone video and phots, I was paying $500 for 3 units, then he added on $150 for the 4th unit, which I only paid becasue I thought it would be part of the video.... then I found I had no video. Kyle now wants another $100 for the video. I am so mad I am tempted to buy the whole package elsewhere. This took less time and my original package (for $350 of a different property that was bigger and more complained) and the quality is not good and I told the photographers I wanted the walk thru videos. I feel cheated. I couldn't to have communicated more clearly. HE just seemed to think that I would like what he gave me when he gave a marketing page. I do like the landing page he created for the work that they did so I have them 2 stars instead of one, but I paid more than double and do not like what I got. None of the photos are remarkable. I haven't added to my MLS yet. At least he didn't block me, but he did threaten to. I think people should provide what they promise.
