I had my tile roof cleaned by them 1 year or so ago with a 2 year warranty. the roof needed to be clean again and they came back and re-clean the roof no charge. I would highly recommend them.

Great customer service!! I contacted Miami Roofing originally, to power wash and paint roof. When I spoke to Wilson, he advised me to wait until roof was clean, to see if it needed to be painted. There was no need to paint, it looks like a brand new roof!!

Absolutely great experience from the estimate to completion. Wilson the owner is extremely professional, knowledgeable and honest. His crew is excellent, very careful and hard-working. They did a beautiful job soft cleaning my large special tile roof, my very tall patio screening and washing down the whole house. Highly recommended company. Thanks Wilson.

Amazing work and great customer service. My roof had not been cleaned since I purchased the house 3 years ago. Checked Home Advisor to see if I could hire someone to pressure clean my roof and found this company. I set up the appointment and the next day I got a call from Wilson. He explained that they do not pressure clean, they use a chemical that is stronger and lasts longer. He sent me a quote and I thought it was fair and hired them for the job. I scheduled for them to come do the job. At the last minute I found out I was not going to be home the day they were coming to clean, Wilson told me that was not a problem. I didn’t need to be home while they worked. On the day of the job, Wilson called me to say his guys were at my house, and they noticed the outside walls were dirty and they could take care of that for me for an extra cost. I was planning on painting the house this summer since the paint did look worn down, and Wilson told me he could make the house look new again without needing to repaint. I was hesitant but gave him the go ahead. When I got home later that day, I saw my house as soon as I turned the corner, and it just stood out. The house looked brand new. My roof was a bright red and my walls looked as if it was just painted. I told Wilson today, it was worth every penny. Fantastic job and I will recommend them. I can’t thank you guys enough, A .
