YOU CAN'T GO WRONG .. THIS PLACE IS GREAT!
Our car had been sitting for six months while we were at our summer home .. under a cover BUT still getting VERY dusty and dirty inside and out!
I have been diagnosed with a very serious lung disease .. taking 4 antibiotics a day .. that results in dust triggering terrible coughing! Really a bad situation.
I checked Angie's List .. saw the good reviews for Miami Auto Spa and decided to take our auto there right away upon our arrival back in Miami. I emailed Shawn at [email protected] .. asked if the Angie's list could be used for interior cleaning also. He said YES either interior or exterior! You should also be aware that they can STEAM CLEAN the interior .. that was REALLY important to me due to my dust mite allergy problem! He told me to speak to Mike, the Manager for any further questions I might have. I spoke to Mike and he could not have been more helpful. Because my husband is not feeling great at this time .. Mike set up an appointment at 10 am this morning so my husband would not have to wait in line too long ... Mike could not have been nicer.
Well, my husband just called me. The car is done and my husband can't believe the job they did! My husband said not only did they carefully steam clean the interior but carefully cleaned things like the roof, floor, seat belts, side pockets, cup holders, cleaned leather seats .. just EVERYTHING! We are not "spring chickens"! .. and my husband said of all the car detailing he has had done this is absolutely the best he has ever seen done on any car ever! How about that?! (By the way .. the fellow who did the interior detailing made the point of showing my husband what he had done to make sure my husband was satisfied .. excellent fellow .. good job!)
We have a measly Toyota Avalon .. not like all the BMW, Mercedes etc he saw there who my husband said were obviously long time satisfied customers .. BUT my husband purchased the package coupons for the future .. we are DEFINITELY future customers!

Compared to other car cleaning services in Miami they are one of the better overall experiences. They were friendly and professional and the waiting area is comfortable and air conditioned with cable TV. They work very quickly so my wait was only about 35 minutes despite being pretty busy.
"[removed member name] Thank you for your review. Just wanted to let you know we have added a NEW quality control item since "Cup Holders" seem to be the one complaint we get randomly. With all cars having different types of cup holders and sometimes the staff missing them we have started a new "Post it Note" system where we have pre-printed post it notes that the staff places on your rear view mirror at arrival so NO MORE staff "Forgeting" the Cup Holders. It has been in place for 2 weeks now and has helped eliminate the problem.
