He responded quickly (late on a Friday, no less) and did a very good job, including some work to make space for the new set up while preserving the line so that we could go back to gas at a later date if we want to. Also, we were having trouble with the gas/propane service that filled the tank.  I asked Carlos about which providers in our area are trustworthy and reliable.  He made a recommendation and introduction that we follow up on, and we have been very happy with new service provider.  I would call Carlos again and would recommend him to others as well.

Contacted them and Carlos quickly responded and came to my property and gave me a quote to install a gas tank and run lines for use with appliances.  I decided against the entire gas tank idea for the time being due to other priorities that arose, but will definitely look at it again in the future and Carlos was professional, responsive and his quote seemed on par with the nature of the work including permits.

We have used Carlos Abreu and his company before -- when we had trouble with our propane supplier and several gas appliances.  He is responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and honest.  He comes right away, assesses the problem, formulates an effective solution, manages the work efficiently and successfully.  Everything he says he will do, he does.  If he cannot manage to correct an issue, he offers names of reliable individuals we can contact.

Carlos was great!  He was on time, really nice and professional.  He even went over the instructions for my new stove with me.  These are my go to guys from now on for my gas appliance needs!

After a long and expensive project, we learned that we had to move out water heater. We live in a very small S. Florida home and had no where to put the heater but outside. We were challenged to find someone who had expertise in installing a tankless water heater and knew the Rannai product line. This was my first experience with Angie's List but after going through four other Plumbers that we chose not to hire, we were desperate for a reliable and trustworthy installer.

Carlos responded in a very short timeframe to get the work completed. His bid was in writing, simple and clear as to what the project included and his pricing was very fair. Both he and his partner, Rolley, knew what to do and how to get it accomplished. This was not a simple job!

If you are looking to have a tankless water heater installed, you may find pricing and capability to be all over the map. We will recommend Last Minute Gas to anyone who needs any of their services. If they tell you that the can do it, they will do it, and they will do a nice job.

In the future, if we have a project that is suited for their business, we will definitely give them the first chance to say "yes!" Great guys, great work!

Carlos and Roland are simply great. Their price was fair yet the service outstanding. They are very proactive, knowledgeable, courteus, professional and competent. I highly recommend their services.

The next day, I phoned Home Gas and informed them of our problems with the tank outside the kitchen and the regulator on the tank in the backyard. They came that day and the next to fix the problems. Carlos had already called them and let them know what they needed to do. Now, our range works perfectly, and we don't smell gas near the two tanks on our property. Carlos diagnosed the problems and handled the solutions quickly and professionally. In addition, he did not charge us a thing.

Carlos came right over the same day I called! Saved me from a nightmare with my new LG Gas Dryer which needed to be refitted for LP from the NP gas fitting Home Depot sold with the unit. His prompt and professional manner in dealing with me and my problem was a real bonus. Kudos to the Last Minute Gas Contractors!

We picked Carlos because he is such an easygoing and friendly guy that knows his stuff. When he showed up in his cute Mini and big smile we knew he would be a pleasure to work with. He advised us on the appliances and rebates and came several times to personally set up all the piping and appliances and even returned for free after the work was done when we didn't think the stove and grill flames were high enough. He is always available on the phone (and sometimes needed nudging to make appointments on time but not too bad). He can also provide a great team to do other handy work, which we took advantage of. Overall I would highly recommend him.
