Lasseter came to our property to look at a septic/drainage tank issue. We had an open hole in our ground above the tank where the drainage from our laundry goes -- Lasseter couldn't take care of the problem on the first visit, as they were too busy. They were supposed to come back a few days later to address the issue -- never did. Then they returned when it was raining, so they couldn't do the job. They never followed up or called us back. Then we tried to call numerous times, but the reception was out to lunch/ gone for the day by 3PM -- they asked us to call them back (apparently, they can't take a message). We will not call them back - we've had it. Onto other plumbers.

Our office is open from 7:15 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday and there is staff available to answer questions between those hours. If at any time a customer has a question/concern that the staff is unable to answer, Member will gladly return calls within 24 hours. We also have an emergency beeper phone number that is available after hours. We will continue to provide excellent plumbing and customer service."

They came promptly, were great with our little barking dogs, did a diligent, professional job and even though there was more work involved than originally planned (seek the leak and replace one running toilet's insides). the fee was almost the same as the original quote. This is a company I would use and reccomend heartily. One of the most pleasant repair experiences I can remember

They were the best we ever had. They are upfront. They charge $80 an hour. They are the only plumber I have ever had who finished the work in an hour. The other plumbers come and charge $100 as soon as they come. I like their procedure well. They are on top of everything. They are very fair.

Everything went well. The plumber arrived on time replaced the water heater and re-ran some copper lines to the heater. Very professional and competent. If you want quality plumbing work and don't mind paying for it, this is your plumber.

I am very satisfied with the work and professionalism of this company. They showed up on time, explained what they thought the problem was and cleaned up after the job was done. I particularly noticed that the plumber took his time to snake the drain more than once to make sure it was completely clear (in the past I had experiences with plumbers that simply snaked the drain once and left for the same price resulting in another clogged drain after a few days) The price was honest and it included a new drain filter. I have used the services of this company before including after hours and on week ends... they always show up and their after hour charge is reasonable.

THEY SEEMED VERY EFFICIENT AND DIDN'T WASTE ANY TIME GETTING THEIR WORK DONE. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY GOOD. THEY EXPLAIN EVERYTHING THAT THEY ARE GOING TO DO BEFORE THEY DO IT.
