Description of Work: Lee came out to fix a leaking pipe in the wall between the bathroom and living room. The leak was due to water feed from the hot water heater to the bathroom sink. The work required some difficult-to-reach work in the attic. Lee was knowledgeable and didn't waste any time, even when troubleshooting. He also snaked the bath tub and bathroom sink, and identified and solved a low water pressure problem. The price seemed reasonable to me; no surprises.

Description of Work: John Lasseter came on a moments notice to repair a major leak in the main water line that fed my house. He did a fantastic job and even called the water company to report the problem (it was also at the water meter).

+ -1 moreI am very satisfied with the work and professionalism of this company. They showed up on time, explained what they thought the problem was and cleaned up after the job was done. I particularly noticed that the plumber took his time to snake the drain more than once to make sure it was completely clear (in the past I had experiences with plumbers that simply snaked the drain once and left for the same price resulting in another clogged drain after a few days) The price was honest and it included a new drain filter. I have used the services of this company before including after hours and on week ends... they always show up and their after hour charge is reasonable.
