While grinding a stump, contractor accidentally broke a water pipe (pool waste line) which he fixed immediately.
Outstanding service.
I will surely use them again.
Since the approvals came through he hasn't responded to emails or repeat calls to confirm the date and time for the service. It w is frustrating as I now have to go back through approvals/permits with another service provider!
If he wasn't interested all he had to do was say so upfront and not waste his or my time. Very unprofessional.

This company was a complete nightmare to work with! John was highly unprofessional, aggressive and erratic. He demanded to be paid before the trees were removed and dams fed to be paid in cash. I explained to John that he would be paid once the job was completed as agreed which would include the tree removal, stump grinding and hauling all of the debris by company check. Clearly, it states on Angie's list that he accepts both checks and credit cards. He started yelling and threatening my wife and I and created a scene in the neighborhood demanding to be paid before the job was completed and making demanded to be paid in cash only. He was highly aggressive and horrible. Do yourself a favor and never ever contact this man who runs quite the angry circus. He later continued to harass us demanding not to be paid by check and only p be paid by cash. He didn't grind the stump and he left a bunch of debris on our property. since we only had a company check or company credit card to pay him with as we had preciously agreed we had no cash on us. He continued to scream and scare all the neighbors and said he would be back in the morning because he would not accept our company check or credit card (highly unprofessional and not fair and consistent with his advertisements or our agreement). He came back in the morning and refused to issued a paid receipt to us ... We paid him in cash as he demanded and then after receiving the cash he drove erratically all over our lawn in anger ruining our landscaping, spreading junk and debris and drive over two shovels, rakes and equipment we had outside. He broke all of our equipment and shovels and rakes by driving over it all and destroyed our front lawn. This man is clearly mentally ill and should NOT be on Angie's list as he is unprofessional and a danger to home owners and their property. Beware of this man and his company. DO NOT hire them ans save yourself the huge hassle and Mikey mouse circus. We have decided to have our attorney deal with him because he discriminated against us and although he is to be fair and consistent with each and every customer he was not by demanding a certain form of payment and we are reporting him to the BBB as well. In addition, he ruined our equipment and damaged our property which our attorney will handle. This company should not be on Angie's list.

We have been in business since 1979 and have always strived to provide all of our customers with excellent service. As a service provider I take your review very seriously; however, I have to be surprised when you do not give us an opportunity to address your concerns and when the concerns are first brought to our attention through this review. We have fulfilled all of the requirements of the services which we agreed to provide. We removed a 30ft + Royal Palm, multiple Florida Holly's and the hedges that were overgrown around the base of the Royal Palms. We stump ground the stumps of all the removals. The debris from the tree removal was taken to the County Dump. There was a total of 18 cubic yards of debris removed from your site. You asked if we would remove the debris (chips) from the stump grinding. I told you that normally homeowners use this mulch so it was not part of the agreement and since it would require a significant amount of effort to remove could not be done that day or at the price that we quoted. We offered to spread the mulch inside the beds around the pool. You did not want this. As far as your accusations that I was threatening to your wife or that I drove erratically out of your property, this is totally ludicrous. I'm very sorry that your wife felt threatened in any way but as I stated, we have always maintained a professional demeanor with our customers. This is the ONLY bad review that we have ever received and we have many reviews in Angie's list. Based on my review of your property all of the services were completed in a timely manner and at the agreed upon price. The day in which you paid me which was the day after the services were completed, you did not bring any of these issues to my attention. You did not even request a receipt. I am sending you a receipt today via email as we are more than happy to provide one. Again, I am sorry that you were not happy with our services. We guarantee our work so if we failed to complete any of the agreed upon services, please contact me and we will correct this immediately. We cannot however, provide additional services for free.
