"Dear [member name removed], I'm very surprised with the results of your review of our services. We have been in business since 1979 and have always strived to provide all of our customers with excellent service. As a service provider I take your review very seriously; however, I have to be surprised when you do not give us an opportunity to address your concerns and when the concerns are first brought to our attention through this review. We have fulfilled all of the requirements of the services which we agreed to provide. We removed a 30ft + Royal Palm, multiple Florida Holly's and the hedges that were overgrown around the base of the Royal Palms. We stump ground the stumps of all the removals. The debris from the tree removal was taken to the County Dump. There was a total of 18 cubic yards of debris removed from your site. You asked if we would remove the debris (chips) from the stump grinding. I told you that normally homeowners use this mulch so it was not part of the agreement and since it would require a significant amount of effort to remove could not be done that day or at the price that we quoted. We offered to spread the mulch inside the beds around the pool. You did not want this. As far as your accusations that I was threatening to your wife or that I drove erratically out of your property, this is totally ludicrous. I'm very sorry that your wife felt threatened in any way but as I stated, we have always maintained a professional demeanor with our customers. This is the ONLY bad review that we have ever received and we have many reviews in Angie's list. Based on my review of your property all of the services were completed in a timely manner and at the agreed upon price. The day in which you paid me which was the day after the services were completed, you did not bring any of these issues to my attention. You did not even request a receipt. I am sending you a receipt today via email as we are more than happy to provide one. Again, I am sorry that you were not happy with our services. We guarantee our work so if we failed to complete any of the agreed upon services, please contact me and we will correct this immediately. We cannot however, provide additional services for free.
