This is one of the best companies. Santiago came yesterday to see the job gave us an estimate and we hired him. Today at 8am they arrived and the job was done in about 5 hrs!!! Awesome work thank you very much!!!!!

Santiago is the owner and sees the job through and through. I was a bit skeptical about the price being so low compared to other estimates I had received (all HomeAdvisor selections), but him and his crew were the definition of professionalism. He communicates with you regarding his eta, hiccups that may occur and overall great problem solver. Having mold is very worrisome and let’s face it, who wants to live in a house with mold?! Santiago was able to remediate it, sanitized everything, did extra patch work on my ac duct, cleaned all the air ducts, sealed some lights in my bathroom and totally went the extra mile. If honest, good quality, straight forward, financially considerate is what you’re looking he’s the guy.

I requested the drywall after 9pm. By 6am the next morning, I had been contacted; and that afternoon, arrangements were made to complete the job. Santiago and his partner came in rebuilt and patched the area in two hours. The next morning he sanded and painted the area in 30 minutes. In less than 24 hours, the walls were patched and painted. In addition, he is very professional and courteous. Thank you, Santiago!

The owner, Santiago and his employees are highly qualified, very polite, and on time. The phone is always answered, or calls returned promptly. The workmanship is 5 star all the way ! Our furniture was protected and covered with large visqueen plastic sheets and their cleanup was absolutely spotless. This is the only company I would ever use !

Good guys. They went above and beyond what I hired them to do initially. They were very meticulous in their work and made sure to follow up and ensure that their repairs were holding up well. They fixed outside window sills, removed baseboards and accompanying drywall to destroy the mold behind them, painted a whole bathroom, fixed roof fascia and a leak into the attic which led to rotting wood and installed a gutter spout to keep water from accumulating and recreating the problem. Furthermore they patched up issues with drywall repaired a couple of door frames that had issues with rotten wood. Finally they placed fresh cement to fill holes in the exterior walls of the house that had damage. The cost of all the repairs were high but at the same time it was necessary.

This company is a gem! I can not thank them enough for the work they did! They came out to give my estimate and completed the job on the same day. Very professional, and punctual. Price was fair. Even left to get a part they needed and didn’t charge extra. I will recommend them to others
