Amazing customer service. I called and they were able to get a tech out the same day. Very reasonable pricing and I was completely confident in Juan's knowledge of the repair needed. It has been over a week and garage door is still working perfectly. Highly recommend this company and will definitely call them first if I ever need service again.

My garage door opener finally died after 18 years of service. I contacted Innovation to see if they could remove and replace it. Juan and Ray arrived in the afternoon, evaluated the situation, and confirmed that the opener was beyond repair. They quoted me a very good price for removing and replacing it with a new (Top of the Line) opener. I accepted the offer and they PROMPTLY began removing the old opener (including rail and chain) and began installing the new equipment. I think it might have taken them 2 hours or less to complete the project. Besides being cordial, knowledgeable, and approachable, they did an outstanding job! I highly recommend Innovation for any garage opener problems you may have.
