 + -1 moreIt went well, I wasn't planning on buying a TV but he was honest enough to tell me what was wrong with it, other people would've just charged me and let the TV break in a couple of months.
Description of Work: The gentleman (named Allen) came over to inspect the unit and charged $25.00 to inspect. If you get the job with him he will credit it to your account. He was punctual and called before he came over. He took the unit and tried to fix it. The TV also had another problem (other than what he thought) and he told me that the TV probably wasn't worth it to fix. My TV was a big 52 inch TV projection, so rather than put more money into it, we just decided to buy another one.

 + -1 moreThe gentleman was impatient, nasty and rude. He would not listen to what I said. Nor would he fix the problems. It is not worth putting more money into the set. However, I would never go back to his shop.
Description of Work: I brought in a small t.v. with an internal video recorder. The t. v. picture was blurred. I picked up the t.v. and brought it home. The picture was still blurry and the video now did not rewind. I brought it back. At first, the man refused to even check the set out again. When he did he said it was ok. He put a video in but did not play it until it was finished; said it would work. I brought the set back home. It is still blurry, and you must let the tape run all night as it doesn't shut off. I was not satisfied with the lack of quality repair and being told that each problem was separate from what he originally said was the problem

 + -1 moreTHE REPAIR PERSON THAT WORKED ON MY TELEVISION WAS FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. WHEN THEY WERE DONE REPAIRING MY TELEVISION IT TURNED ON AND OFF QUICKER THEN BEFORE.
Description of Work: MY TELEVISION WOULD NOT TURN ON, THE REPAIR PERSON HAD TO REPLACE THE POWER CORD.
