Adam recommended 2 mounting methods that removed all the wrinkles from an old poster, then suggested a change in glazing that saved me $100. Result is perfect.

When I walked in the door, I was met by the owner with a smile on his face. He took time with me and offered suggestions on frames and borders to enhance the print. It took less than 24 hours and I was charged so much less than I would have paid elsewhere. I have used Frame USA exclusively for the last seven years for framing and mirrors, 11 pieces total. I would not hesitate to use them for any of my framing needs, including original artwork. They are professional, but the friendly atmosphere makes the experience just that more enjoyable.

found a Florida Highwaymen painting at a thrift shop. the edges were damaged due to the fact the origianl frame was nailed onto the upson board had been removed. Adam solved this problem not with a mat but with a small wood strip fame to cover 1/2 inch around the painting then helped me choose the perfect frame. it really looks outstanding now.

Had 3 posters framed. Price was comparable to art.com, but I wanted to have it done locally so I can see what I was picking. Though I'm sure it's a good price for what I needed done, it still stung a bit.
The service was great. Adam was very helpful and friendly. We showed up 30 minutes before closing and we were there until 30 minutes after. I picked them up yesterday and they did a great job, professional work. They were ready in 2 days. I'm sure I may have gotten them sooner but I was in no rush.
