They were good. They were prompt. They fixed my leak. They didn't empty the pool and I was not at home when they came to do the job. I was at work and so I don't know what they did exactly. I don't think it was a big job. I was losing water and that's how I noticed the leak. So they came and fixed it, and now I'm good. I thought they were a little pricey. I don't remember exactly how much I spent. I was just happy they fixed it. I thought they were very good. They came when they said that they would come which is always nice. I didn't shop much around for the price and so I honestly don't know if it's reasonable or not. The quality of work is very good so far. They were very responsive. I thought they were very professional. I will use their services again in the future.

I called this company after seeing they had great reviews on Angie's List. I called on Friday and they were not able to come until Wednesday. This was a bit stressful since my pool is loosing 3 inches of water each day but I decided to wait for them rather than taking my chances with a company who may have been able to come out sooner. They showed up on time and immediatly got to work to locate the leak. They found it was leaking at the pool light and fixed the leak. The technican took time to explain to me what he found and how he fixed it. Unfortnatly his camera was not working so I did not get any pictures. Before they showed up I thought my pool was done for and it turned out to be a minor issue. I will definatly call them again should I have any leaks( hopefully not) in the future.

Did dye testing at all potential sites ie. inlets, skimmer, main, light. Pressure tested all suction and return lines. Located leak at the skimmer box. Repaired leak by applying pool putty sealant. Totally satisfied with the work performed.

He actually got inside my pool, while it was full of water and checked all of the areas where there could be a leak. He did a very thorough job and located the leak at the light conduit. He patched it with a special compound that can be used under water. The work was done approximately two and a half months ago and the leak has been fixed. I was very pleased with their work. The worker was very knowledgeable and professional. They did exactly what they promised and were very upfront about what could happen. I appreciated this because I would not get a surprise if there was something wrong. They were very honest and did an excellent job. Highly recommended!

The representative returned our call promptly. Came on time and found our pool leak. When a time was set to complete the work, the company called and asked for a change in service date. Then the company called on the second service date to postpone to another date. When the third date was made (all within a week,) the representative showed up on time, spoke English, and fixed the problem within three hours.
