Unfortunately, he was unable to fix the clog because the piping in my wall is apparently done incorrectly. As such, they only charged me a diagnostic fee of $25, which I thought was extremely nice. I would definitely use them again if needed.

"I saw that your review was for work done three months ago. If you had a problem, all you needed to do was contact Falcon Plumbing. The amount of the bill was $125.00 to remove an inline filter and tailpiece for a drain line to stop all leaks. The work was completed and all leaks were stopped. The price of $125.00 was signed off on the invoice prior to the work being done. There was no discussion of a price change. If you did not want to pay the $125.00, you should not have agreed to have the work done. Wendy Visschers/Owner"

After I wrote a poor review of Falcon concerning their customer service, I was contacted by their service manager. Having discussed the situation, I agreed to have them come by and complete my bathroom remodeling. Their technician, Adonis, was an excellent representative of Falcon Plumbing and completed the work to my satisfaction. Adonis reaffirmed my belief that Falcon Plumbing technicians do excellent work. I still however, have a problem with their customer service.

"Upon arrival of the job, the technician determined what the problem was and how it needed to be corrected. Before starting any work, you were quoted the price for the repair and agreed to the price, signed the authorization box on the invoice and had the technician proceed with the work. What you neglected to state, is what it took to take care of the problem (toilet stoppage). It was not a simple stoppage, the toilet needed to be removed and reinstalled to clear the stoppage. The toilet was flushing properly when the technician left. You stated that the toilet was clogged within 24 hours. If that was the case, why did you not contact us to inform us of this? I do not recommend this company to anyone! I suggest that Angie's List remove this company from their site. On Sept. 4th - The plumber that came out initially was professional. He told me that he would have an estimate for me at the latest on Monday, Sept. 8th via email. On Sept. 8th, I did not receive the promised estimate. I emailed Wendy Visschers that morning I called the company that same Monday at 4:00 pm. Wendy Visschers - the owner. She was rude and abrupt with me, she told me that she was the process of moving and was not at the office. I asked her, is this not your office phone number? She did not want to be bothered with me or my business. She told me to call the same number at 8:00 am and speak with Ray. I had to chase Ray down for this estimate yesterday. I called the office at 9:00 am today and Wendy answered the phone and hung up. I called again and Ray picked up the phone. I asked him for the estimate, he told me he would email it to me. I received (2) other estimates for the same work. Their estimate was for $1,895.00. That was to change (3) aerators and replace the inside of a shower head, replace 2 flappers for the toilet. My other two estimates were no higher than $700.00! What a complete RIP OFF this company is!
"Good Morning, our supplier gave us a quote, our cost plus freight of $966.99 to replace what you have with the exact same Dornbracht parts. As you can see, it is impossible for you to be charged any less than our cost not including labor, profit and additional materials needed to fix your toilets. Ray the Manager, even called you to verify the finish of the showerhead and aerators prior to getting a quote, to make sure that it was a perfect match, being that they are special order parts and must come direct from the manufacturer taking approximately 8 weeks to get. I am more than happy to email, fax, or mail you a copy of our quotation from our supplier. I called and left you a message with my personal cell number so that we could discuss things, with no response. I unfortunately was moving my residence by myself and helping the best that I could, to answer the overflow of calls from the office. I apologize for any miscommunication with you. . Ray the Manager, the wonderful technicians, and the owner Wendy Visschers are all very professional and go beyond for the customers to be satisfied. That is our number one goal! Falcon Plumbing has been in business since 1986, and has an impeccable reputation as a respectable contractor in South Florida."

In regards to the price, after three conversations about the tankless heater, you were quoted a price and then were given a discount and then used a coupon. Unfortunately, the location of the old heater being on a shelf was not discussed in any of the conversations and would have been helpful.
