"Your perception and my perception of what happened is different. According to the pictures of the job that was done by my plumber that you sent me, the job was done perfectly and looked great, and you did not like the faucets you purchased and the way they looked on your sink. This had nothing to do with the work my technician performed. My technician told you what Brands of faucet to buy, and you should purchase so you would be happy. The second time, you did not buy the brand that he recommended and the technician had to go back again to buy parts to fit the faucets you purchased. The second time the technician said you were very happy with the job and the way your faucets looked on the sink. I do not appreciate your review and inaccurate reporting of what took place."

The price never changes whether he is there one hour or twenty four hours. If you were unhappy with the price, you should have told the technician not to do the work. "Falcon Plumbing has been in business for 30 years family owned and operated. Unfortunately there are times that emergencies come up, and customers have to wait an extra day to get someone out. An emergency gets priority over an estimate, when a home or building is flooding and being destroyed. If work is not completed at the time of the visit, there is a 75.00 service fee. If work is completed, the 75.00 is not charged. Also, once a price is given, whether the technician is there one hour or all day, the price never changes. This way the customer does not have to worry about hidden surprises when it comes time to pay. We take pride in our 95% customer return rate and referrals.
