EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS

agitation.  It was suppose to be here for Valentines and here it was two days later at 8pm and no delivery yet! I told the lady i wanted to cancel.  she looked up our order and said it was on the truck for delivery  that the last delivery was at 9pm.  I told her i could not wait any longer and i needed to leave.  She said we would have to cancel tomorrow morning at the location we placed the order.  I left to pick up my son.

It was awfull, I felt bad for my daughter because she wanted to surprise me, but i told her to call them in the morning and cancel
At 9pm the delivery driver called me that he was at my house!!!!  I told him i was not there that i had been waiting for three days, he said that he was the regular driver and on Valentines they had other people delivering, he said he could hold it for me and deliver on the 17th by 12pm.  I said we want to cancel.
If you cant deliver when the customer needs and wants the delivery you should not take the order, or let the customer know up front that it could be later,  Not keep the customer hanging without calling the customer , and dragging it on.
I will never order from Edible fruits ever!!!!!!
