WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE CARPET AND ALSO THE INSTALLATION. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. WE HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO SEVERAL PEOPLE. THEY CLEANED UP ALL THE EXTRA PIECES OF CARPET WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED.

THEY MEASURED AND MADE SURE THAT THE CARPET WAS THE RIGHT SIZE. THEY MADE SURE THAT I HAD ENOUGH PADDING FOR THE CARPET. THEY HAD THE WORK DONE IN A DECENT AMOUNT OF TIME. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES WHEN THEY WERE DONE.

I AM NOT PLEASED WITH DOLPHIN CARPET AND TILE AT ALL. THEY DID A TERRIBLE JOB ON MY FLOOR. THEY TOLD ME I DIDNT NEED TO TAKE OUT THE TILE FROM BELOW, AND THAT WAS NO THE CASE. MY FLOOR WAS RUINED, AND I HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX IT.
