One other thing we appreciate is that whenever possible, Critter Control takes trapped larger mammals like possums and raccoons to be released in the wilderness outside Miami. It's good to work with people who are environmentally conscious and not cruel to animals, even if they have to remove them from where they would like to be!

animals could get in and within 2 days we had caught 3 including 2 adults. We left the traps in place for the week and had no more activity in our attic. Chuck seemed to believe that since the roof was fixed that was probably all that was in our attic, he did not notice any evidence of a large problem. He said that the type of rats we had are territorial so they do not join other families and more than likely we got them all since we got the 2 adults. After the week of monitored service I continued to leave traps where Chuck had and kept an eye out for what Chuck had told me to look for. I noticed zero activity and have had nothing touch the traps since. All I can say is Chuck at Critter Control did exactly what he said on the very first day and no pests have come back. I would never call another company for this type of work as they clearly know their stuff.
