Cool A/C, LLC was prompt in answering my request for an estimate. Sent over very personable & knowledgeable team member and offered us a fair price for the type of unit that I was looking for. Thermostat was left behind by the installers but William came back to install it the same day. Thank you Cool A/C, LLC. Would recommend to others.

This is the 3rd time I hired this company. I now use them for all my properties and wouldnâ t even consider hiring a different company. They fixed the ac in one of my properties after a different company tried to sell me a new unit. This company is honest and always does the right thing. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Customer service was perfect. I received a call back and follow up as to the time the repair tech would arrive. The repair tech then called to confirm and give me update on the time. All this on a Sunday. Then Sammy checked and fixed the problem and explained what had happened. All good

I have an AC company that I have been using for years, but when I found myself with a broken AC unit on a Saturday and they were able to diagnose but not repair the problem until Monday, I started searching frantically for another AC company who could help get the AC at my small business up and running fast. I found USA First A/C and Brandon, the owner, was so helpful, so relatable (one small business owner to another), so determined to do whatever he and his staff needed to in order to get the AC at my business up and running ASAP. Their prices were reasonable, their tech, Sam, is super nice, presentable, knowledgeable, and reliable. And believe it or not, Sam was able to repair my AC without replacing the part my original AC company said was broken, saving us A LOT of money. Brandon followed up with me hours after the repair to make sure our AC was running as it should; And again the following day. Amazing customer service like that isn't something you find everyday. I am so incredibly grateful to have found this company and have decided to use them for all of my AC needs moving forward.

This was our first time calling USA First A/C. Brandon & Sami were fantastic! Sami was able to accommodate not only an early hour, but was happy and genuine and walked us through every option for my family members older AC unit. He was not only helpful, but thorough and presented us with additional options vs just replacing the unit! They were kind, helpful and took multiple questions during and after the process with tons of patience. I have hired them to come to service our AC and also sending to another family members home. I would recommend to anyone based on our experience!! I will be using them for our family going forward!

He knew what he was he was doing! He told me the issues with the AC and looked up a warranty for the model.

They were very honest with me and repaired my A/C rather than try to sell me a new unit. I would never go anywhere else for my A/C needs.
