Centerpieces and bouquets were ok. They shorted me one bag of petals and the corsages and boutineres were poor quality. Told them via phone and they said they needed pictures. It was the day before my wedding and I had no time to take pictures within 12 hours so I received no compensation

The TOP 10 factual reasons to NOT do business with bunchesdirect.com are as follows: 1. POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS - Even though this company guarantees satisfaction 100% and Top Notch Quality, our flowers arrived wilted and thrown around with no ability to reach a floral expert for verbal guidance or support on Saturday (day most weddings take place) and thru Monday. Pictures were not sent and knowledge of this was not known because of their fine print located in their small link labeled Return Policy and because we were humanly unable to contact this company back based on their very strict requirements. BUYER BEWARE... 2. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - This company is HARD to reach and expect a delayed response or no response to email. Once I did reach a consultant and expressed dissatisfaction, she would NOT provide me with my order# and hung up on my phone call which felt like it was done on purpose. 3. CONTRADICTING - Here's one of many examples...Company recommends on their website to have delivery arrive 2-3 days prior to the wedding day to have time to redeliver if needed. Our order was scheduled and arrived the day before the wedding day to avoid risks of flowers dying sooner than desired yet the Sales Manager states, "...we would have resend the items in question at our cost." 4. POOR PACKAGING - Pull out your ruler and picture the size of 20x10x7 in. box in your mind and imagine two bouquets and 12 or so boutonnières CRAMMED into this small box without securing the boutonnieres so that when the box is opened, you see flowers thrown all around. 5. FINE PRINT - This company emphasizes that dissatisfied customers must make a claim within 12-hours of delivery (in our case this is 12:30pm to 12:30am next day - business hours not specified). We made contact via phone a little before 8pm CST (8 hours later) because and as stated on this company's website this was the soonest we could "humanly" do this. We had out-of-town guests that we had to focus on (day before wedding) that kept us from attempting to make contact sooner YET the Sales Manager rudely labeled us as not being a "reasonable person!" Initially we didn't want a refund, just assistance to recover the flowers BUT the 866# was not being answered on Saturday each time we tried to make contact before the 6pm ceremony. 6. LIMITED BUSINESS HOURS - Only place on company's website that somewhat lists their business hours is on the Deliver Policy page which is accessed by a small link located at the very bottom of the website and the Quote Request page accessed using the hot spot in the upper right corner of their website. It's actually their delivery hours (delivery time is between 9am to 6pm Tuesday to Friday) but this must be their business hours as well based on my experience on not being able to get a hold of them via phone or email on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. 7. SHIPPING DISTANCE - This company is based in Miami Florida. Consider the distance and amount of travel your PERISHABLE order (sensitive to temperature and poor packaging) will have to ENDURE before your order arrives. My order took almost 24 HOURS to arrive and went from Miami Florida, to Memphis TN, then to a sorting facility in San Antonio, then to another Fed Ex facility in San Antonio, and finally shipped to our home at 12:35pm the day before the wedding which was 7/13/13. 8. LIMITED CONTACT #s - The only number provided on the website is their ORDER number of 866-690-8425. Their Live Chat is misleading, it's simply an email submission, not a Live Employee available to answer your questions in REAL TIME. Regardless, this company was not available or reachable via phone, email, or what they believe is LIVE Chat. 9. RUNAWAY FED EX DRIVER - Experienced poor delivery service from Fed Ex. Employee quickly rang the doorbell, didn't wait for a response, placed the order on the porch, and quickly ran back to his truck. Bunches Direct strongly recommends that someone is present at time of delivery to verify order is correct but not possible if the Fed Ex driver doesn't do his best to deliver product face-to-face. Plus Fed Ex listing this order as "Left at Front Door" was inaccurate which I'm sure this online company will use this fact against a customer requesting a refund. We had to run after the driver to stop him and question the small size of and the content in the box. 10. NEGATIVE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ACTIVITY - Bunchesdirect.com is NOT BBB Accredited. It has 19 Total Complaints filed on BBB in a little over 2.5 years with 17 of them complaining about or having problems with this company's Product and/or Service. They have a B- rating and have only been on BBB since 11/29/10.
