I just want to say thank you to Big Ron and Company for their attention to safety, respect for our time, excellent communication skills and scheduling. So thank you guys we look forward to using you for all of our future Tree Service needs and recommending you to all of our friends and family.

Big Ron's send out Colleen to give an estimate. She sent an estimate and I approved it. Hurricane season is very busy for them but it was my turn 10 days later after approval. I was happy because I was told to wait 3 to 4 weeks so it was good news. David went on site to do the job with a crew of 4 or 5 folks. The job didn't take more than 2 hours. The guys clean up all falling branches and air blow the grass upon completion. Very professional crew and I would hire and recommend them to anyone any time. Thank you! I even received a thank you card last night no one does that now a days.

He executed the job perfectly and professionally.

The tree cutting crew arrived and completed the job within 90 minutes. The next day the stump removal guy came and removed the stump below ground level.

The tree was trimmed out well, all the trash cleaned up and carried away and they adjusted their visit to my busy schedule.

Ron showed up to give me the estimate, we agreed on the price and the following day, he had two different crews come on time and they worked on both different jobs very efficiently. I highly reccommend them.

He never returned a quote. Perhaps the job was not big enough? Had someone else do it & was a large job.

Excellent job trimming the trees. Crew cleaned up also. One minor issue forgot to get the rest of the cut branches but Ron took care of it and the crew came back and got rid of them. Supervisor when trimming trees wanted to move the bucket truck to do another part of the oak checked with me to make sure he was not going to damage anything, glad he asked. Everything done well and I am very happy.

I never agreed to a price and the company is trying to say that we had a verbal agreement which is not the case. He was supposed to give me a written agreement three different times, but he never sent it to me.

One day his crew just showed up and began trimming the trees.

He later billed me $500 for the work and didn't put in any details for the work that he did.

He showed up on time and explained what he could do and what I could do myself to save money. I gave him my contact info and never heard back. Text message and no answer. I assume this company only wants big jobs. Found someone else to do the job.

Great job. Used him twice and he's worth waiting for. The trees remain in great shape for a long time to come.

Ron was very prompt in getting back to me; provided the service required and and left our big oak looking great!
