Gabby of B.A. Garage Doors, Inc. is a true professional. I had a new garage door system installed by a different company on August 1, 2018, and I wasn't able to get them to return to fix the system that had stopped working because a bolt had fallen off. I was frustrated with the installing company as my calls and texts were not being returned. I called B.A. Garage Doors and Gabby was able to have someone come and fix the problem. B.A. Garage Doors will be the company I will definitely be calling in the future.

Very good work in a timely manner.  Appeared to know what he was doing.  Very easy to deal with.

Cost in line with other companies, not cheap but fair. Very fast. When I called they offered to dispatch someone, but it declined as it was late in the day. Arranged for someone to come the next day. Called first by their dispatcher to tell me tech will arrive within the hour, then by tech when he was near. Tech was great, explained what he needed to do, worked quickly, offered options, cleaned up when done. Great attitude and friendly.

It went very well. The appointment was for 11 am. He called at 10:30 to let us know that he was delayed at his previous appointment . We rescheduled for 2 pm which was convenient for us. He called again at 1:45 to let us know he was on his way. He arrived at 2 pm sharp.

Arrived on schedule with all needed parts. Repair was completed professionally, without incident. The mechanic was very helpful answering questions, and was very polite.

I have used BA several times in the past and I always felt their prices are reasonable, while providing high-quality work.

They were very trustworthy. Everything worked out the way it was suppose to. It was great. My garage door was for hurricane standard.
