They were great from the first phone call. Edith in the office was helpful with quote and details. The weather was uncooperative but they were punctual and worked hard- everything went well. It was a terrific experience and I will definitely use them again!

Everything went very well. It was a pleasure dealing with at Ease Party. They came by before i agreed to use them to determine how best to fill our needs. They gave us good advice and helped to ensure that we had exactly what we needed, They are friendly and professional, I recommend them highly and plant use them again.

This is the second time we used them, and like the first it frankly could not have gone better. There is not a single part of the experience I would have changed. They were responsive on the phone and e-mail leading up the vent. They always communicated clearly and dealt well with my requirements changing right up until the last moment. The delivery of equipment came plenty early, and the pickup was right on time. The tables, chairs and bounce house were in good condition. Their team of attendants to help with the party was top notch. They made sure everything moved properly, handled food, cake, set up clean up, etc... with ease. It was a children's party with over 20 kids at our home, and they dealt with it perfectly. I can't say enough good things about these folks.

I couldn't be happier. The entire experience was efficient, pleasant, professional and exactly as promised. My discussions with them were great over the phone and they were very comfortable doing business by e-mail as we finalized the order. I made several last minute changes, and they were extremely flexible. One of the changes (tent size) was made the day before delivery with no problems.For the delivery of the tent and other items, their truck showed up at the exact time. Their people set up the tent, put everything exactly where my wife wanted it and in general were professional and communicated extremely well.On the day of the event their attendants arrived about 30 minutes early, were well dressed and very efficient. During the event we had a massive rain storm and the outdoor area flooded. The attendants didn't skip a beat, they moved tables, dried chairs, basically went above and beyond to make the rain have the least impact possible. They did everything possible to salvage a party that was in the process of being rained out.In general it was a great experience, based on it I would not hesitate to recommend them, and would use them again in a flash.

They were professional and prompt in their delivery. They were accurate in their cost and there were no hidden charges. They were very prompt in giving the estimate and very prompt in providing the service. They were reasonable. We did some shopping and they were reasonable.
