My experience with ASP Windows and Doors started with a recommendation from Ygrene. From there I spoke with Lily Arbona on the phone. She told me then a sales associate will be contacting me regarding the sales appointment. She sent me Sergio's contact information with his picture, very professional unlike any other company I've worked with. Sergio came over the following morning politely introduced himself and the conversation started off with information regarding the company and the products they provided. He asked me about my needs and what I was looking to do. I told him I was looking for hurricane impact windows and doors. Talked to him about what I wanted with the bedroom window and he suggested doing an XOX instead of the two windows which was a great suggestion. Asked him about French doors and how we should set them up and Sergio provided the best possible lay out for my situation. I couldn't be happier with the results. I kept complimenting him telling him he should be an interior decorator because all his suggestions really changed and upgraded my house to the next level. He then invited me to the show room. He met me on a time convenient for me. That Sunday when we met at the show room he showed me all the products and I couldn't be any more comfortable with my decision. I signed that day and we were under way. Through out the process I received phone calls letting me know when the product would be arriving and to expect installation around next month. They never left me wondering what was happening. Once the product arrived Ruben was assigned to my job and my wife and I were prepared for the worst, expecting a mess and dust everywhere. Turned out to be the opposite. Every opening in this house was left spotless and taken care of so well I was shocked. Their professionalism and work was carried out in a way I had never thought was possible. I was really please with our front door. Out of all the choices, we were able to pin this style down and it's beautiful. We did some restructuring and after that were required to have plaster and stucco completed. Ronnie and his brother came over and did an excellent job. You would not be able to tell there was a door there. Everything was organized by the great Adriana always keeping me informed through out the process with which team and when they would be there. I would definitely recommend Asp windows and doors to all my friends and family. Great staff and company overall.

I found ASP Windows & Doors online after reading several good reviews, and they certainly delivered on their service! I first spoke with Alfred, and he quickly gave me an estimate and started the whole process. Within a couple of months, the necessary permits were pulled and my new impact windows and sliding doors were installed. Roberts installation team was very professional and very clean, even setting up plastic walls and vacuuming as they worked. I would highly recommend ASP Windows & Doors if anyone is looking for new impact windows or doors.

Very good experience with our salesman Jason. He was very thorough and patient. Kept us informed and was readily available to answer any question. Came by after the job was done to test the windows making sure they were working the way they should. Before and during installation worked with Adriana who was hands on with every aspect of the job. Problem communicating with the installers. They do not speak English, I do not speak Spanish. On a job like that one person should be fluent in English. this is USA

We had 5 quotes and ASP was not the lowest bidder, but Mike Marrero our sales rep was the one who listened to us and made recommendations based on our preferences and in a couple of instances suggestions that made more sense. The T.M. windows and doors were ready when he said they would be and transformed our home. The installers arrived on time, were the cleanest and most considerate that we have had work for us and finished on time. More importantly the project passed all of the inspections with flying colors. Start to finish ASP provided excellent work!

We had major construction done with ASP Windows. We had three windows converted to sliding glass doors. One is a two panel and the other two are three panels. They went through all of the correct steps to do the job right. This included building new columns and reinforcing tie beams. They had their own engineer visit my home and then he drew up the plans. Jonathan the owner saw my whole project through. Mario and his team handled the whole install. I have nothing but good things to say about this project and everyone from ASP. My nephew recommended me to ASP. I have to say I owe him one.

We wholeheartedly recommend ASP Windows and doors. We needed to replace 4 hurricane doors and, based on online recommendations, we asked ASP for an estimate. Jonathan from ASP came to our house and gave us several options. He took the time to explain all options and he spent time figuring out the most cost-effective selections for us. Also, Jonathan took the time to show us the various alternatives for the actual color of the glass inserts. In our case he showed us that they needed to be grayish to match our existing patio windows’ subtle shade. If he had not been so observant, we might have ordered the usual greenish color of glass, which is pretty, but would have made the new doors look obviously new and the old windows look old by comparison. We are convinced that he helped us pick the most cost-effective, secure and attractive options. After a few months the doors were ready and the ASP installers came to our house. Our installers were Yelies and Carlos. They were polite and thoughtful. They showed us what they would do and how they would do it. Yelies was concerned that replacing the outside door to our cabana bath might result in damaging the 9” x 18” ceramic wall tiles and the 12” diagonally-laid marble floor tiles of our cabana bath. Because of a hurry-up remodel that the former owners had done to try to sell the house, leaving new tiles covering over the old door’s jambs and half its threshold, we really had thought all along, even before ordering the new doors, that the interior bathroom tiles would have to be broken to install a new pre-hung door. Most people in Jelies’s position would have said they had to break the existing tiles holding the door in place. Then we would have had to re-tile the whole bathroom. But he called Jonathan, who came right back to our house to talk over the problems. Jonathan, Yelies and Carlos came up with a plan and carefully went ahead. They completed the installation without chipping or breaking a single tile!!! We were amazed. They made sure it was done beautifully, even though it took several additional hours. Our laundry-room door also had to fit into the same kind of marble floor and it came out just as perfectly. The office staff at ASP was very good. Whenever we spoke they were polite, flexible, and ready to answer questions. One note: Yelies and Carlos are not fluent in English, but between our school-kid Spanish and their English, everything worked out great. Also, they were very good about making sure that the doors closed perfectly and that the thresholds and jambs around the doors were really square, neat and clean. They swept all their work areas at least daily and did not track work dust around the home. We have done many remodels and want to add that the two men worked quietly, never swore or yelled across the house, and seemed rarely, if ever, to take personal phone calls. This is unusual and highly preferable to music, loud talking, and hearing too many phone calls while trying to enjoy the quiet of one’s own home. If you are looking to purchase windows or doors, we highly recommend ASP. Moreover, we would suggest that you ask for Jonathan as your sales rep and Yelies and Carlos as your installers.

The process with ASP has exceeded my expectations. I go into these things with a bit of trepidation. However, the process was exactly as Danny, the sales rep, and Adrianna, the account rep, stated. In addition, the installers were professional in their work and did their best to maintain a clean and unobtrusive environment as possible. Over all, I would highly recommend ASP to anyone.

I learned of ASP through others in our neighborhood who had a great experience and outcome. After meeting with ASP, as well as another company, it was clear to us that ASP could provide the product and the expertise that we were seeking. Our sales rep Michael was very responsive throughout the process; as was the head installer Anthony and all those involved in the installation. Jonathan was awesome in making sure all the final touches and any modifications were done. We have been thrilled with the responsiveness, professionalism and quality of work. Even the City inspector made reference to the quality of the work. We love that ASP stands behind their work product and will be available to us should we notice anything that needs to be addressed after the work is completed. I have already made recommendations to friends who are considering hurricane windows; and would not hesitate recommending ASP to anyone. A big thank you to the great team at ASP; you’re the best!

Our experience with ASP was fantastic from start to finish. We first had exposure to them at the Home Show when we were surrounded by various companies who install impact windows and doors. The follow up after the Home Show was immediate and I was connected with sales representative, Jonathan Jure. Jonathan was extremely knowledgeable and sat down with me to answer all my questions, as all the information was quite overwhelming. He was always accessible to answer all additional questions and truly guided me through the whole process. Robert and his installation crew were phenomenal! The installation took less than 5 days, including the restructuring and installation of larger sliders and a brand new wider door with sidelight. Considering the mess involved with any reconstruction, Robert and his crew always left the house clean and were very particular about asking me if I needed them to do anything else before leaving for the day. The front door especially has been a real "showstopper", as we've had several neighbors stop to admire and comment on it's beauty and uniqueness. The sliders have added significant light and are a focal point when you walk through the front door. We're so happy with the completed project and highly recommend ASP for any windows and doors project. We're glad to now be considered part of the ASP family.

I feel very protected not just because of my awesome new impact windows but also because of the way ASP treated me and my home I know they will be in this business for a very long time. I have full confidence that they will help me again if I ever need them in the future. They were recommended to me by my neighbor. Jonathan the owner came by to take the production measurements and surprisingly enough he even came by during the install to check on the work. He even helped me with other things that had nothing to do with this project which included fixing my garage door and assisting me with getting a discount on my insurance. In one of his visits he saw me struggling to deliver my old accordion shutters to my friend and he got off of his car and took care of it for us. They are really true genuine people at ASP Windows. Jonathan and his whole team are all wondetful. Five stars isn't enough. Amen!

The whole project was simple with the assistance of our rep Jason Spiegelman. From picking out our materials at ASP’s state of the art showroom to final installation. The process wasn’t quick; however, they stayed in touch and answered our calls throughout the wait. Installers and office staff where very attentive to our needs. Rep even came out to inspect everything when job completed to ensure our satisfaction.
