Before the job was started Ivan seemed very professional, Knowledgeable and willing to help. However two months after the job was completed there was a section of the house where the paint was already starting to peel. I contacted Ivan by phone and he said he would send someone out ASAP. Several days went by and no one showed up. I called Ivan again and he told me the same thing and again non one showed up. After several calls and weeks later, in July Ivan and one of his man finally showed up on a Saturday, they scrapped and re-primed the area where the paint had started to peel, he then told me that it would be best to let the newly primed area dry before repainting it and that he would send one of his employees the following Monday to repaint that area of the house. No one showed up that Monday as promised. I've spoken to Ivan multiple times since then and he keeps giving me the runaround and saying that he will send some one out, however no one has ever returned to repaint that area of the house and to this date the job is incomplete.

I find this to be awful customer service and very unprofessional specially for the price I paid for the job.

I would not recommend this provider to anyone!.
