We had an emergency sewer back up and they were the only company to answer and come out to the property as soon as we called at 8pm at night.

You can trust them to handle your work! I m totally happy with their services. I will call Aqua for all my plumbing need in the future and I will refer all my friends to them as well!

They responded extremely fast to my inquiry. They arrived at my house within an hour of the call. They performed the work and left. Within an hour of them leaving I realized they had not solved the problem. I called them. They immediately responded. They completed the repair properly. They apologized. and left everything working and could not be more responsive than they were. I would recommend them and would absolutely use them again.

Pedro and his team solved three different issues I was having. The work was done well, even though one of the projects took longer than I expected and the worker (Danny, I believe) had to keep doing things by trial and error, going in and out of the house to shut off the water supply each time, when I feel like if he knew exactly how the product worked or should be installed, he could have solved it faster. Also, Pedro gave me my estimate, but even after mentioning to him that I did not hire another company because of the Spanish-speaking language barrier, he still sent over a Spanish-speaking-only worker to do the labor. I was a bit annoyed by that simply because it made communicating with him difficult. He was a friendly guy, though, and did the work fairly well despite what I described above. I also think the responsiveness via text/phone could be improved. Overall, however, I am satisfied with their work and would still recommend them.

I had a tough job. They found the leak with top of line equipment they were quick and professional. They are not cheap. But worth it since it’s done and done right. My old plumber did not have skills to do this job. They had the latest top of the line equipment and were quick and nice . If you want done right and quick use them

Within 30 minutes of my call, a young man was at my house realty to asses the problem. after two hours he realized he needed the even larger unit and a different approach. Shortly another truck appeared and the men when to work attempting to brak a stubborn clog ( I did realize my adult grandson had been using so-called flushable wipes) they finally broke the wiped which was a relief the Aqua-men were great. It is always nice to find solid, fair tradesman.

Main line was leaking. Called that night and fixed the next day, Prompt, courteous and efficient. They will become my go to plumber!

Not a good start due to the misunderstanding, but had a good end after communication. Our requirements were met. The water heater is working well now. Will let the time to tell the quality of equipment and customer service regarding to the warranty.

Posted job ,got response quickly , got an estimate that afternoon after they came to survey the job. Needed main water supply replaced . The next morning a 35 ft trench from meter to house was dug , new pipe layed , $1300 . ~5 hours .
