Excellent. When I first made the request for the appointment, I got a call from the office as well as from the technician (who is the owner). They told us within a 2hr window when would be here. Called when they were on their way, got tied up due to the rain, called to let us know would be few minutes later. Wore masks the entire time they were here, which was really reassuring, since we had to have the repair done. Did great job, very friendly, quick, personable, price was very reasonable! They also answer the phone if you call them later with a question. The office person was great also, she was friendly, helpful, and really a pleasure to talk with. They met all their commitments and I would DEFINITELY use them again.

It went excellent! They were very helpful, explained everything, worked nicely, and I was very happy with their demeanor.

Took the time to call and ask important questions of the system and provide guidance on options available. I opted to just replace the new washer but would consider this service provider in the future due to this positive experience.

The technician was honest in telling me that the part was no longer manufactured. That he could get me a refurbished part but that it might not work and I would be spending excessively, and that it was better for me to buy a new one. They were prompt and fair, and I would not hesitate hiring them again.

The hose was put back where it belonged. No parts were needed, so I found it expensive. Also, instead of using a new clamp, the old clamp was reused. The hose came loose in the first place, because of the clamp.

Lazaro was professional, friendly and courteous. He was also very knowledgeable and thorough. Customer service was excellent. I called on a Wednesday. He came out the next day and diagnosed the problem. Since the part needed was in stock, he returned the very next morning and completed the job. Would hire again for any appliance repair. Also, an "A" for the receptionist because she worked with me to get someone out right away.

I have a 48" KitchenAid fridge that is about 12 years old and the freezer temperature became erratic but still cold. When I called Appliance Tech Services, I was told that it would be 2 days before Lazaro could come. He called, as promised, 30 minutes prior to arriving and showed up on time. He diagnosed a faulty control board and sensor in the freezer but found that the temperature was actually colder than it should be. He wasn't sure if a new control panel and sensor were still available but was able to find them. An appointment to install was made based on the delivery date of the parts. The parts arrived 1 day early and he called letting me know he could come a day earlier than originally scheduled to repair the freezer. Again, he advised 30 minutes before arriving and showed up on time. The freezer panel was now working but Lazaro wanted to test the unit for 2-3 days before charging me the balance of the bill. It was a pleasure working with Lazaro. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable and kept me in the loop the entire time. I would definitely call him again! 5 star rating in my book!

It ended up that the washer was fine. However, the tech traced the problem back to a leaking pipe that the water from the washer backed into. He reluctantly charged me for the visit, which was fair. If the problem had been with the washer, he would have applied the charge toward the repair. Very pleasant and helpful man.

An evaluation was performed and I was advised it was not worth fixing as the machine was old and the repair cost vs investing on a new machine was not worth it.

While the appliance was not able to be repaired, the service and knowledge was top notch. Courteous, knowledgeable and would use again any time. Great company and honest.

Our Whirlpool gas dryer stopped heating over the weekend. After trying to self-diagnose and fix the problem, we contacted Appliance Tech Services, who had stellar reviews on Angie's List. The owner, Lazaro Pollanco contacted us first thing Monday morning and despite a solidly booked schedule, made the effort to fit us the next day, driving clear across town in the peak of rush hour to make the appointment. It took Lazaro all of 5 minutes to diagnose the problem, which turned out to be a bad thermal fuse and unlike so many other service providers that we've dealt with in the past, actually had the parts on hand to replace it.. Lazaro also gave us some essential pointers and safety precautions on our electrical set-up and venting. Bottom line, can't say enough about how professional, friendly and efficient Lazaro was. Definitely know who to call the next time an appliance goes out on us.

The refrigerator evaporator unit was icing due to a faulty thermostat. This prevented proper air circulation wherein the refrigerator compartment could not get below 55 degrees. I called ATS on Monday morning, left a message and got a call back in a reasonable time. The earliest they could accommodate me was Tuesday mid day. When my appointment time was approaching and I hadn't heard anything I gave them a call and left a message. In a short time I got a call back to let me know that Lazaro was still tied up on the previous job. We all know from experience how this happens but the important thing is that I was not left in the dark and was kept updated. Both George whom I only had contact with over the phone and Lazaro were both very friendly, accommodating, well spoken, communicative and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with ATS and I would definitely use them again in the future should the need arise. The price was reasonable considering Lazaro spent about 1.5 hours at my residence plus his travel time. I highly recommend ATS.

Both gentleman were courteous and friendly. When they began to shimmy out the atacables, water spilled and one quickly ran to get their wet vacuum to pick up the water. They completed the job, and checked that both the dryer and washer were running before the left. I would call them back if any other repairs to my appliances were needed.

This guy is terrific - he diagnosed that it needed front panel and ordered it - then took another look and the real problem was a broken wire on the bottom of the machine. He fixed the wire and cancelled the part. We set an appointment for the afternoon then he called because he had a cancellation - came over fixed the machine was in and out in less than 2 hours. What a great job. Thanks so much.

The technician was prompt, keeping his word about his arrival time. He diagnosed the problem immediately after doing a test. He located where he could get the part and with my permission, went to pick it up. My refrigerator was repaired in a matter of a couple of hours. A big thank you to Angie's List.

After a month of trying to get an LG authorized repair service to repair my microwave, LG agreed to allow an alternate repair center to fix the unit. I found Appliance Tech Services on Angie's list. Lazaro came out, analyzed the oven and quoted the repair cost. The problem was the magnetron. The magnetron was under warranty and would be provided by LG. LG sent a damaged part requiring a lot of extra steps and additional trips out to the repair site. Lazaro persisted and fixed the oven charging me the original amount as quoted. I am very happy with the repair and would recommend him. He is very fair and honest.
