We are a family owned service company, we have been in business since 2007 but in the trade for over 23 years we are licensed and insured and we also offer a senior citizen discount of $15.00 off and or a $10.00 off coupon which you can see in our website Appliancetechmiami.com . Only one discount per item serviced please. Trip charge for the visit is applied to the repair.

The service was excellent. I actually missed the service due to a dead phone, and Lazaro made a special trip back. There was no part available, and so there was a return visit necessary. As this occurred over Christmas it was a bit longer than normal. However, again he made an exception for us and replaced the part on the 26th. I believe price was fair. Thank you Lazaro.

The man was very nice during the initial evaluation but I felt that what happened after that was underhanded and unprofessional. They diagnosed the problem and said they would order the necessary parts and follow up with me the following Tuesday. After I didn't hear back from them, I followed up that Friday for an update. They informed me that they would send someone right over.
Another technician then came over, took my unit apart, and concluded that my dryer was not fixable. They did apologize for misdiagnosing the problem but still charged me for the service call regardless.

"Dear [removed member name], we did followed up with you in the same week of service and were re diagnosing the unit, and you told us you would buy a new one. We were ready to fix it at the time of the second visit but you told us not to. I don't know why you are writing these comments which are not true. Of course we do have a basic charge after the visit if u tell us not to fix it and that was explained to you ahead of time. Thank you."

Unfortunately the washing machine continued to have problems. The tech came out to the house again and looked at several things and stated that the machine could be repaired but the part alone wouldn't warrant doing the repair and I should get a new machine. Though they weren't able to fix my machine, I appreciate that they were honest with me and didn't make me spend additional funds for a temporary fix. I also appreciate that they only charged me for the service call and even gave me a refund for the repair they made since it did not appear to fix the problem.
I originally picked this company because of all the recommendations they received on Angie's list and they had a discount coupon. This is my first time using a company recommended by others on Angie's list and I am really glad I did. To me honesty is one of the most important factors that I use in determining whether I will continue to use a company or recommend them to anyone else. In this case I can honestly say that I would recommend this company based on the honesty and professional manner in which this company handles their business.

He determined my problem to be my garbage disposer fixed that problem.
And, cleaned out the guck from the dishwasher which was in there from
the time I moved in. Provided tips on how to use my dishwasher and other
appliances so they would last longer. Great service.

Communication was great. They demonstrated a true concern to solve my problem as soon as possible. They adjusted their schedule and arrived on time. Handled themselves professionally. My Washer is located in an inside closet, making the repair work more difficult, but they worked through it. Once their work was completed, we did a test load and they verified everything was working. I would not hesitate to recommend th.

Lazaro was very courteous on the phone. He asked me what was happening and gave me an idea of how much repairs were going to be. He came out and had the part with him, fixed it on the spot. Washer runs great.

This company really goes the extra mile. I had become frustrated with another local repair company that I had used for a number of years, and the washer had received very poor attention from them. Mr. Polanco was the first technician who actually took the time to diagnose the problem correctly, and I saw him research the issue in person. The machine has been working since his visit and I was very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend this company and I am very grateful to Angie's list members for the detailed reviews that helped me find them.

"Hi there dear menber. After a reviewing the date of the alleged appointment we could not find a record of your call. We try to schedule every one within a couple of days at the most so I doubt we would not schedule you within an aceptable time span. But then again even if we were unable to come out I'm sure we told you ahead of time so you could look 8for an alternate servicer in your area. the machine wasn't running properly, before they came I needed to run the dryer 2 or 3 times to get my clothing dry. After they performed the service, the machine works like new

Lazaro is a very rare service man for this area..he answers his calls promptly..if you have to leave a message, he calls you right back..he is comes when he says he is going to come.......

The affable, intelligent repairman had the courtesy to call me to let me know he was running late. He came at the time that he said he would. He quickly diagnosed the problem and expertly fixed my refridgerator. It works better than when it was brand new. The price was more than fair. I will always use this company and recommend them to my family and friends. It is rare to find an honest service provider in Miami-Dade County as consumer protection is almost non exsistent in Florida. Also, when they called me, I had tried to fix the refrigerator myself. He asked me many questions and gave me a lot of advice. He then told me to see if the refrigerator would start to work, if not to call them. He did not even press me for a service call! This company is superlative in every way.

LAZARO WAS RIGHT ON TIME FOR APT .I GAVE HIM THE SERIAL NUMBER OF THE OLD GE AND OVER THE PHONE HE GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND ORDERED THE PARTS HE TOOK THE WALL OVEN COMPLETELY APART AND REBUILT IT. Lazaro was very friendly when I called to request the repair of my oven. He ordered the part and scheduled a visit. The repair was done within 30 minutes. He did an excellent job and I would call him again if the need arose.
