They started first asking me what I really wanted the office to provide for me ,as it was in such a mess! After I told them ,they had to take a lot of things out,boxes of papers etc, rearrange some of the furniture and then started organizing everything so I could now work in there and start organizing my papers. Anybody who needs any sort of professional organizing services: paperwork, closets, whatever it is. I couldn't have had a better more professional experience from Javier from Residential Lifestyle Management Company. I will be using this service again. I recommend him highly, he was very professional, he did not make me feel embarrassed. He was extremely efficient, professional and kind. If you use someone else, it is your loss.

I purchased a 3 hour coupon off this site and hear back immediately via email. I booked an appointment for just a few days later and they verified it to confirm. Javier came over and we got to work right away. He assessed the situation and had me sorting items while he arranged the rest in bins (I had bins but wasn't using them effectively and had items piled from the floor upward). By the end of our session the area was fully functional and I had the homework assignment to go through the bins one per day for the next week. I am amazed at the incredible difference. I am very grateful I gave this company a try.

I bought one of their time packages and for 5 hours two organizers showed up. Professional, on time and went quickly to work after helping my husband and myself sort out all of our belongings. Danny and Javier did an outstanding job of finding a place for every single piece of furniture, books, memorabilia and clothes. Javier asked us questions to help us make our minds up of which items where important to keep and which ones were worth donating or trashing. It was not an easy task since I have a difficult time deciding, but the job was done to more than what we where expecting. Their patience and willingness was appreciated and most of all both guys efficiency made all the trouble of going through the whole organizing process worth it.!

He wasn't on time, he was early! Huge plus. He listened to the things i need and want to do. He gave me ideas for storage and organizing. Suggested who to contact for different projects i want done. He went threw the whole house and backyard to hear my ideas and give suggestions on my patio. He was very helpful. Even gave suggestions on the best way to move in and organize my kitchen cabinets.

They were not as good as expected. The gentleman came, and he seemed to be in a hurry to leave, but at least they showed up.

We are not an interior design or architectural firm. When we state that we provide a plan for you to stay organized according to your lifestyle, we mean providing a course of action to help you stay organized. The customer misinterpreted the concept and expected actual design plans. Nonetheless, the organizing job, performed 3 years ago, and within the 4 hour time frame purchased through the Big Deal. Since the customer was absent during the session, the job was done according to the customer's wife instructions who supervised and approved the end result. The customer arrived by the end of the session when the assigned lifestyle manager was ready to leave. It is hard to provide a balanced review while absent from the whole organizational process. We do apologize for not having fulfilled the customer's expectations.

Javier has worked with me since the very start. He is a true professional and kind individual. After 22 years in the same house, we literally had our hands full many times. Javier took on each project with a positive attitude and never made me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed when I showed him the next mess we needed to tackle. He also has a great sense of humor which he has used very well sometimes to help me, uh, release my hold on what is essentially clutter. Throughout these months, I have never regretted throwing out one thing. I've been given very good advice all along. Best money I've ever spent. Sure, I know how to organize, but not as well as the professionals. Knowing where "everything" is and living in a house that is largely uncluttered has been a great stress reduction. I There's also a wonderful sense of accomplishment.
Description of Work: Worked together with me to unclutter (toss out or donate unwanted, useless items and junk) and organize the entire house, small garage/carport and shed over the past 18 months. This has been done at anywhere from 4 to 16 hours a month, with a few months off from time to time.

Honestly I don't remember when Anthony came or how much I paid. What I remember is the following: he contacted me immediately. Was very sweet and professional on the phone. I have used ANTHONY K. A Lifestyle Management Company before and was a very satisfied customer. When the "Big Deal" was offered I bought it because I needed professional de-cluttering advice. My house will be put on the market soon for leasing, but I had no idea what I needed to do to get rid of some of the clutter. He told he how and when to safely advertise on Craig's List and provided a timeline for sorting and disposing of my junk. For 39.00, this was invaluable advice. Anthony is so very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant that I highly recommend him for all services from housecleaning to management of vacation property.

It went very smoothly. While I went through everything (what to throw out, keep or donate), Javier was putting together the items I was keeping. He did this in such a way that makes it easy to find things I'm looking for, ie; electronics in one bin, supplies another, etc. He suggested getting clear containers so I could see what was there. That was just the closet. The second day, we did my files. Actually, I didn't have files or ones that were in any order. It was the same process, I went through all my papers and gradually we would decide what to name each file. I also keep current papers in one file near my computer and others in a cabinet not as accessible. When I am ready for the next room, I will definitely call Javier.
Description of Work: Javier is wonderful. He helped me organize my workroom/extra bedroom. He also suggested (and am I glad), that we break up the 1 full day into 2 days. It wasn't overwhelming that way.

Professional organizers are required to have the presence of the customer at all times within the premises. This is done for the sole purpose of helping the customer go through the process of choosing which items need to be kept, trashed or donated. Organizers are not allowed to discard items without the customer's consent. The organization did not took place in an office. It was performed in the customer's main bedroom which was cluttered with several types of items ranging from clothes, health supplements, toiletries, exercise equipment and kitchen supplies. We are all for reviews, good or bad ones, but it is important for our Angie's List customers to submit their reviews as promptly as possible and not more than a year later of having work done. Keeping the facts fresh is important and key to providing an accurate review.

Javiar came to my place for a consult and was so kind and non judgemental about the shape of my place. He recomended a great cleaning crew to start with and then returned to help my get organised.

They are great! I like the video service, I can see inside and outside the apartment just as if I was there.
Description of Work: They check my vacation condo monthly, note anything unusual and prepare a written summary and video of the property. They check the mail and forward anything I might need. They check the HVAC to make sure the AC is working and adjust the thermostat as needed.

For this special, we tackled my office to organize. I am extremely sorry that I cannot remember the representatives name, he made a difficult job easy. Offered wonderful suggestions and assisted in working the job through. Went through files, organized paperwork, labeled boxes, etc. If you have an organizational job you have been putting off because it seem insurmountable I would recommend calling them now.

The cleaner that came out did not clean very much and walked around as if she did not know what she was doing. She did not clean the floors very well. The organizers did not do a good job either. Only one of the organizer's knew what to do, while the other just followed around and handed out tools. They were professional and on time when they came out. The organizer said that if I used a second coupon they would organize the entire house, but they only organized only one room even after coming out to view the house in advance.

Hoarding personalities are very difficult to comply with, but we pride ourselves in being professionals when we stumble upon them without previous notice. Most of our hoarding customers do not identify themselves as being so until our staff shows up at the front door and that is why after the first session a quote was provided. Our organizing sessions are interactive meaning that the we require the customer to be present so he or she can learn how to prevent falling back into old habits and to learn how to keep an organized environment. First session consisted of organization/cleaning bundle, but it was difficult for the cleaning staff to determine where to start when moving space was limited. Since the first session was purchased through a DEAL the customer had to use it right away. Per the customer's request, the bathrooms were ordered to be cleaned. Two organizers and a house cleaner were assigned to this project where only two out of three sessions scheduled were performed. The project was not completed per the customer's request. The kitchen was the first area to be uncluttered and organized during the first session, but upon returning after a week, the staff found themselves back to square one on the kitchen. The clutter was backed up again. During the second session the master bedroom, a child's room and half of the guest/office room were organized and freed of cluttered. Submitting a review after a year of having our services performed might have made the customer forget how hard we did work at his/her project. It is easy to label an organization job as mediocre when the customer has fallen back to his/her cluttering habits and looks around and sees himself surrounded by disorganization again. We do sincerely wish the customer the best in his/her journey towards achieving an organized lifestyle.

Company representative, lifestyle manager, Javier arrived on time and got right to the point. We worked together for a number of hours and he was very methodical, offering great advice on organization. Javier was very efficient with the time he spent helping me to organize my family room cabinets. At the end of the session I had much more space to work with. A detailed process of uncluttering, organizing and home cleaning services were provided at the customer's master bedroom's closet and bathroom, plus at the home office, the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. A professional organizer and a housekeeper where assigned to the project to fulfill a 9 hour TIME package purchased by the customer. With every package purchased a detailed log of activities performed at the project is kept on our files and a copy is kept by the customer where the customer signs on the spot for every job done satisfactorily. Our priority is to keep our work standards high and to provide our customers with the best service possible within our industry.
