Service not performed after paying for a 6 hour promotional package and I have to now request the refund from Angie's List. I have used them several times over the last 5-6 years and even as a loyal customer, they were not willing to assist. They do not refund the money. Now I have to take multiple steps get a refund.

They were able to find tenants for both of our properties. Currently they're doing a good job managing them. Very satisfied with service.

I found Javier by doing a search on Angie's List. His property management pricing was about 10% lower than the typical pricing offered by big real estate operations. There is also a discount for retaining his services through Angie's list. The best part about his services occur because, while he has a contract, it is simple and straight forward. In comparison, typical real estate companies that offer property management services under their name, have long, complicated contracts that offer the owner of the property being managed little protection while using language in the contracts that allows them to escape responsibility from almost any typical problem that arises in such situations. I've used Javier's business (Anthony K) for about a year. His service has been outstanding. For a person like me who is a distant property owner, he has been ideal. Reliable, honest and with a high level of integrity in his business dealings (hard to find these day), my experience could not have been better. If you are in the market for rental properties, a principal residence or any of the ancillary services associated with these needs, I highly recommend Anthony K.

I was referred to them by an Angie's List member. Very professional company and always available when I had questions. They took over the repairs to make my home ready to be rented. They marketed the property, found the tenants and prepared all the necessary documentats for me. Highly recommended.

They were in charge of coordinating the general repairs to make the property ready for rental. They also found tenants for all 8 units. They have been responsive, pro-active and very professional.

I joined Angie's List specifically to search for a property manager. I was not doing a good job myself and I was kind of disorganized. I found this provider here and the minute I gave them a call I have gotten prompt responses, updates and are always available if I have questions about my rental. One great service they have is that I can log online under my account to check everything that is happening to my property, from repairs, to deposits to expenses. I would highly recommend them. I have used and I am currently using this company to manage and oversee all of the maintenance and up-keeping of our rental properties. I can't say this enough, but this team has a wonderful customer service with us as property owners and with our current tenants. We have worked with Scott, Danny and James, all good, but our residential manager, Javier is at all times attentive to answer all of our questions and guide us with our monthly repair expenses if any arises. He has organized our real estate portfolio from head to toe by guiding us through investment property acquisitions for the rental market which they are currently managing efficiently. I can not complain so far. Our property investments are well generating the desired income. From handling everything with the realtors, to jointly selecting the most feasible rental properties, to finding us the right tenants, to managing them, to supervising the remodeling, and everything else you can imagine regarding estate management this is our one stop shop. I really can't say enough good things about them. I've used other organizers before with mixed experiences. These guys were great. I have ADHD and it's hard to keep me on focus, But the organizer did a terrific job helping me stay focused and stay on point period They offered to sell me and after move-in unpacking service, Which I now woefully regret not buying. Unpacking my office is been harder than packing it! The price is great the quality was terrific, the responsiveness was on time They are very punctual and very professional. We own a property which we rent in Miami, but our previous tenants and property management company did a lousy job maintaining and up-keeping the property. We joined Angie's List to find the right management company so not to make the same mistake again of hiring lousy service providers. Thank goodness we where able to find these guys. Javier, Danny and Scott are a wonderful and most supportive management team we have known up till now. They handle everything from finding contractors who were able to bring up to code all of the violations that were accumulated from the careless previous management, to permit submission to the city, to fixing the property, to supervising the work done by plumbers, electricians, builders, and to finally putting the house for rental. Yes, we had to invest in fixing our property since it was in bad shape, but we are now sure we can have a return investment on it. For what it could have been a nightmare process for us, this company made our life so much easier and thank you to Angie's List for providing us with reputable sources.

Javier and his associate arrived early as always. They were eager and friendly; always in good spirits to help. I know they have a much higher end clientele who empty their closets each season. Yes, those kinds of Miami people. We are a family of 5 with three young boys and dog and a cat. I just try to keep my head above water and need a little nudge to keep the house organized and tidy: no glamour here. They worked for two hours. It was a basic purge and organize job. They are not decorators or designers and they try to simply make your system tidier. It's a good value for the purpose of simply moving forward when you feel stuck in a rut. I was glad to get a jumpstart and they are always friendly.

I purchased this coupon and we were able to find a day and time that worked for me with my packed schedule. I was able to have a second organizer from the company come to tackle this project in one session. The two organizers (one was Javier) worked the entire time and gave me items to make decisions about a bin at a time. This was not overwhelming at all. It went by so fast and the room is amazing. Very professional, very positive, hard working from start to finish, and very easy to schedule.

I just can't thank this team enough for overseeing the care of our first home we used to live in while we were in Miami. We decided to rent it out and thank goodness for Angie's List we found the right company. We are in charge of our own finances meaning the tenants deposit the rent money directly into our account. No escrow, no third parties or waiting for our rent money to be deposited. This guys are our extended assistants in handling our property's affairs. What this team does is take care of our tenants requests for maintenance or emergencies and if anything goes wrong all service repair quotes are first approved by us before getting it done. They send us inspection reports on our property's condition by checking up on our tenants to see how well they are taking care of our home. Great company for owners like ourselves. Javier and his co-worker arrived at my home right on time. They asked questions to get a sense of my needs, explained how they organize a home, and immediately began working. They worked the entire day with just a small break. We had movers who unpacked our items and placed them on flat surfaces. That left piles and piles of items everywhere. As a busy mom, who is also 6 months pregnant, the thought of my husband and me trying to organize the chaos was very stressful. Javier immediately put me at ease and just created magic in our home. I simply can't say enough about how wonderful this company is, how professional the gentlemen were, and how very quickly they worked. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of this service and would absolutely hire them again!
