Sandy made sure he thoroughly understood the problem before he started. He was willing to let me give whatever help I could. He sucessfully diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and tested new wireing thoroughly. His price was reasonable. He was professional in all respects.

They did this work probably two or three months ago. I would use them in future if needed.

We were very happy with their service. My husband mostly dealt with them and I know he was pleased with what they did.

Sandy called on the the agreed date since he was out of town when I initially called him. He came to my home within an hour and told me that only one antenna needed to be replaced. I was certain that both would need to be replaced. After he explained what needed to be done, he completed the work quickly and agreed to take the damaged antenna. He was great.

Sandy was happy to come up to Broward (Hollywood) and made an appointment for 2 days later. He arrived promptly and worked most efficiently. Not only did he install a new (retractable) antenna, he set up the new HDTV for us, moved 2 other sets to different rooms, hooked up the 2 converter boxes, and reattached our 5 VCRs and a DVD player - all in a couple of hours. He really knew his stuff, and was a lifesaver for a couple of old fogies! He also cut up the old antenna and left it neatly piled for our next hard junk pickup. We highly recommend him - anyone with an outside antenna and facing loss of TV signal next February when HDTV comes in, should call Sandy for help.
