Just awful customer service! The guy dose not know how to respond when there is an issue and super expensive. I spoke with someone named Danny who was very rude and falsely accused me of messing with what they had supposedly fixed with out knowing what was going on. I tried my best to be reasonable but the guy is an IDIOT. I called for them to stop a leak and week later it's broken again. I paid a bunch of money for them to put a stick of gum on a leak and they did not respond when it went bad. They said they could not change the valves because the building had to be shut off, turns out my apartment had a shut off inside and they could have done it. The Plummer did not even bother investigating that. They should of just changed the part and when I called back no one wanted to be responsible for their mistakes. I got set up with one of their partners the guys name was Danny, if he calls you just hang up the phone and call again. You might have better luck with some one else. Never using them again!

Pete at All Dade Plumbing came the same day I called him and attempted to fix the leak.  I say attempted because it turned out that it wasnt a simple valve replacement, the leak returned later that day.  I called Pete and he came back, trying once more to fix it without resorting to more extensive repairs.  He could not and eventually we had to put in a new shower kit to stop the leak from where ever it was coming from.
He recommended a simple and durable shower kit to cut down on future repairs.  it was installed in one morning with no complications.  He came back after the tile on the wall ad been installed to make sure the cover was put on correctly and to seal it up.  He did some other work for free in exchange for the initial failed repair of the leak -  and the price was fair for the shower kit replacement.
He always showed up on time and seemed honest when it came to what repairs needed to be made.
I will use them again.

The gentleman came as promised on time, I showed him the problem and he replaced the leaky spiket.  He also took a look at the hot water line to my washing machine which was not working properly and fixed that although it needed no parts, just an adjustment.  He was very nice and I would definitely call them again.

Found out how difficult it is nowadays to get a plumber to come out to the house on Friday afternoon ( 3:30 - 4:00pm).  Called 6 plumbing companies listed on Angie's List, one which had 24 hour service as part of it's name and not one was able to come out and help me with my emergency the same day.  Two promised they could be at my home next day at 8:00am.  Majority said their workers were all busy due to excessive workload brought about by heavy rains.
Decided to try one more before calling it a day as I began to see a pattern.  When I contacted ALL DADE PLUMBING, INC, I spoke with Dan Boyer and described my urgent problem.  Without hesitation he mentioned that he could come immediately and take care of the situation.  He quoted me a fair price (did not have to pay for overtime service after 4:00pm as some others had quoted) and additionally  honored the discount coupon offered on Angie's list.
ALL DADE PLUMBING was at my home within 15 minutes and immediately got to work.  They were professional and efficient. Performed their work quickly in a very neat and orderly manner.  Dan Boyer answered all of my questions and provided some additional important information that will help prevent future problems.
Overall I was very pleased and happy to find someone who does great work and is willing to put in a full day's work at a fair price.

Kitchen sink had a major leak and called All Dade Plumbing for service.  I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Pete.  Pete was very attentive to my needs and gave me a time frame that he would be at my house.  Pete was 1/2hr earlier and assessed the problem and fixed it in less than 5 mins and the best part I did not get charge.  I was very thankful, and from this point forward I have a Plumber to count on.

This master plumber(Kenny) is very knowledgeable, fast and,very reasonably priced.
He had everything he needed to do the work correctly and quickly.
He left no mess and he was an extremely nice person to boot.
What more could one ask for in a plumbing service.

The plumbing company that I had used for years installed a toilet fill valve to stop a running toilet in my master bath. After a week, the problem wasn't solved. They came out and adjusted the valve. A few weeks later the problem happened again. I then contacted "All Dade Plumbing" and they immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem...the flapper needed replacing. I then entrusted them with a problem I had with my sink...immediately diagnosed and fixed. I now have a plumbing company that I believe will deliver quality service.

Showed up quickly and fixed the problem in less than half hour. Also gave me some information that was helpful in diagnosing potential problems in the future. Cost was a bit higher than everyone else, but I guess that's because it was a Sunday night. He honored my Angie's List coupon so that helped (final cost was $168). I would definitely consider using their services again.

He did repair, however, did not have a tool box with him, kept going outside to get what he needed and had to borrow a screw driver, I think he was trying to make more time as the repair was not big and could not possible take an hour, it was very expensive for what he did and the parts he changed, $90.00 an hour, $20.00 for  coming (should not have been charged and $10.00 for one small rubber gasket!  Very expensive, a job that should have taken him no more than 20 minutes total!

Please note that as we are happy to explain to any customer, we do not prorate the first hour as we do not charge travel time. The first hour of a service job is a preset flat rate not including material. So the price is the same whether we are there for 15 min or 50 min., there is no benefit for use to try and drag the time along. Please know that we want our customers to be happy and feel satisfied with the service they are provided. We do apologize that the technician didn't seem to have the tools. We will look into this and take appropriate corrective measures. Thank you again for your input."
