Called Carlos because one of my air conditioning units stopped working. He responded quickly. He inspected the unit and told me the reason why it stopped working. Repairs would have to wait , parts needed to be ordered. I asked Carlos to check another a/c unit which he also found to have a refrigerant leak. He recommended to add refrigerant gas to make the unit work better for at least a couple of days until it leaked the gas out again.. He charged $105 for the refrigerant and $160 for two hours of talk ($80 an hour) and a quote for a new a/c unit installation.

Carlos responded promptly and kept me informed about his arrival time. He is very knowledgeable, resourceful, and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend him and i would definitely call him again.

Carlos was great!! He explained in detail the issue and provided a solution. The overall price was reasonable based on the amount work done and the time it took. Best of all he came on a Sunday!

I was highly satisfied with the service I received from Air Wick. I called Carlos and he was very attentive over the phone. He was able to come immediately and check out my AC unit. He responded quickly with a great quote which I took right away. I went with him because of all the great review on Angies List. Luckily for me I made a great choice. In less than a week my old AC unit was removed and replaced with a new one. Its been 3 weeks and I have not had any issues and overall I am very happy with how smooth everything went.

I called on a Saturday at 4:30, and Carlos came right away and looked at my air conditioner. I needed a new motor, and he took care of everything and replaced it right away. Easy to deal with and did a great job. Will use them again.

After having to scramble to find someone late on a Friday, Carlos said he would come right over. He showed up a bit late, at 4:30pm, but then helped me get one of our two AC units working again. He removed the dirty filters from the other unit and suggested that this was the cause of the leak. In the end he charged nothing for the visit. He appears to be very knowledgeable about air conditioning.

Carlos Diaz was courteous and professional and very knowledgeable. We are grateful that he fixed the leak even though it wasn't coming from the A/C system. That is outstanding service and shows that Mr. Diaz cares about his clients.

On Easter Sunday, the options for air-conditioning repair are limited. Carlos came and took care of the problem. In a two-hour service visit, Carlos demonstrated a professional demeanor and knowledge of the trade. We will definitely use him again. This man knows AC.

The installation when very well. Carlos from Air Wizard was courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the Ductless Air Mini Spit system. He communicated what was to be expected and adhered to the schedule. I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in installing a ductless air conditioning unit. These kinds of units are cost effective and do not take up a lot of space in your home.

Our A/C is working just fine now and I will call him up if anything happens in the future.

I used him from reading all the good reviews and they were right, Carlos showed up on time and was polite, informative and knowledgeable. Unit works better than ever now...

Carlos is always on time. He always completes the work in a timely manner. We never had a problem with any repair work or installation done by him. In fact he has had to fix problems that arose from shabby work done by another.

The service was great. I did recommend them. The neighbors across the street used them. He was the best. The price was okay.

Excellent Carlos called around in our presence to get us the best deal on the part. He is always, fair, reliable, clean. Explains things to us.
