"These jobs are usually quite fast this time the work was more complicated than the scope anticipated by the technician since initially we quoted a patching of 12 "x12" and ended up being 24"x24" twice, this because the ceiling was rotten and falling aparts, all repairs were made without including any extra expense for the costumer, the company had to make additional expenses to solve the problem precisely to guarantee the costumer satisfaction."
