Rosbel showed up on time during the agreed upon appointment time range. The door works better than ever and I am better educated about the future maintenance that I need to do. I found his service to be top-notch and would use this company again in the future.

Replaced garage door springs. A few days later the door got off track. I called and he wasn't able to come out for 2 days, but when he did he fixed it and didn't charge me, even though it may have been unrelated to the prior work he did, so I was satisfied and would use him again.

The contractor delivered as promised! I met with him on a Tuesday and he was working 2 days later. The contractor worked clean and the quality of work was exceptional. I highly recommend Juliao for any garage door needs!

This company was AMAZING!!! This is my first time using a service on Angie's List and I was so pleased. The receptionist from Juliao Garage Doors Inc called me the next day to schedule my appointment. I had a busy week so she was very flexible in accommodating the appointment for a time that worked for me. She was the start of great things to come from this company. On the day of the service call I met the Technician, Rosbel Rodriguez. He arrived on time and immediately started working. He replaced the two springs in record time and tested the door several times to ensure proper installation. I was amazed at how knowledgeable he was. I asked him several questions and he was very detailed in his responses. I could tell I was dealing with a TRUE EXPERT when it came to this technician. He was kind, courteous and got the job done.... I won't hesitate to call Juliao Garage Doors Inc in the future and to ask for Rosbel as the technician if possible. He is truly an asset to their organization and represents the company well. The technician was punctual and performed the work as expected.

Called Juliao Garage Company on Wednesday afternoon and on Friday afternoon, Chris the repair person was at my home.. He was very professional and friendly and informed me of what was going on at every step. He worked diligently while i chatted outside with my neighbor. It was a quick 40 minutes or so for the repair and the price was as stated. Chris even went over to my neighbors house for a free estimate that's was great.. I will be using them in the future and am very pleased that my garage door is working again.

They called me the same day I purchased the deal. Took a coupel of days to coordinate my schedule, but we did, and it worked out well. Jayson, the technician, called me at the very beginning of the time range they gave me to tell me that he would be over within the hour. He arrived and made it very clear what was included in the tune-up, since I assume there have been misunderstandings with other customers. He told me the types of things that might cost additional, but also commented that our door had most of the things already replaced. 20 minutes later he was done, and the door works like new (ish). I was pleased with the service performed and would certainly use Juliao Garage Door again.

Broke a door spring at home while hubby on travel. Scheduled online, got a contact within a couple of hours. Got the time I wanted, folks came out and did the work without any drama at all. Excellent work, met my estimate on time and costs.

It went fine. The price is reasonable. It took so long for the door. They were professional. They're nice. They were good. They were fine.

Jason was early, which was great for me. He was friendly, professional, and I immediately liked and trusted him. He did everything as promised in the deal and then some. He worked without taking breaks and was done in a timely fashion. When he was done he showed me everything he did. He explained and demonstrated what he was talking about. He even swept the garage, it looks great! I am super happy with this provider and the service performed. Would most definitely use them in the future.

I don't think it improved. The garage door was making loud noises. They sprayed and that's it. I didn't really see an improvement. Nothing was improved or changed. I don't know how to rate the price, I mean, it's pretty much a very small job but on the other hand I didn't see any benefit of that. There responsiveness was good.

They were very professional. Did their work. It was a tune up so difficult to say that anything appeared different or better. They made some recommendations, so it was again difficult to ascertain if they were needed or if was an up-sell. It has been 7 months since the service, so I guess if we get another tune up from another company next year and the recommend the same service, we will have our answer. They were very professional, however, so I have no complaints.

The technician showed my that the door was not off balance. Instead, it needed an adjustment to keep the door from slamming down so hard. He made the adjustment, showed me how to change my keypad code and tightened the chain. My garage door is much quieter now.

The service provider -Rosbel-arrived within the window of time scheduled. He was courteous did his job in a timely fashion and didn't leave any dirt behind.

There wasn't much to the process. Upon arrival, he checked the operation of the door and the chain drive. Then he disconnected the door from the drive mechanism to be able to properly adjust the torsion springs. Then he lubricated everything and reconnected it to the drive mechanism and ran it a couple of cycles to make sure it was OK. It's been almost two weeks now and it's working great.

He was super nice and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem. Also tightened up rest of the attachments so door is now running great. Was fantastic service.

There was a miscommunication and they went on a day when no one was at home. Since it was my fault, I agreed to pay a fee for the trip. But we rescheduled and they were punctual. The young man who came was very nice and informative. He was quick and efficient. He explained everything well and even suggested future upgrades and ideas. I would recommend them highly.
