Very responsive excellent service.

first time I'v hired this company and they were very reliable, the installation went without any issues, and it is working very well. certainly would recommend them.

I needed the bathroom fixtures replaced in two bathrooms. The plumber, Eric, came in and looked at the fixtures, told me what he'd need to do, gave me a price, checked his schedule to see if it was open and came the next day to replace them. He had given me an estimated time to complete the job and met it. I'm pleased with the new fixtures and the service.

They sent a single profesional out who reviewed the neds and gave me an acounting of the water heater neded and what i could expect to pay if i elected a tankless system. When i made my decision he made an apointment for today (the folowing day) to instal the water heater. He showed up on time and finished the project in a relatively short time. Iam extremely pleased.

These guys saved my butt. Called me right away, after another Plumbing Vendor on H.A. completely dropped the ball, forgot my appointment made 2 days before. They came, 'attacked' the issue - a leaking pipe behind a wall, and addressed 2 other Plumbing issues I had at the home. They were the first to call back and able to come out the quickest. They arrived when they said they would. Erik came out, he was professional and did a great job. Not the cheapest, but the quality and service were worth it. Will use again.

What a wonderful company. Spoke to Jose initially about my problem. He then stated he could get someone out to me within a couple hours. Erik called to say he was on his way, right on time!!! He came, gave me a quote right then, and went right to work. They are both professional, courteous and have a great sense of humor. Erik cleaned everything up and did not leave until he tested everything. What a great company with great people! As a note to everyone, I called because this was an emergency, the pipe broke in the wall. I called Art Plumbing and they said I would be sitting here for three to four hours and I cancelled them because I found HOME PROS. Do yourself a favor, call them first, they are wonderful and honest!
