It went great, I have used Kevin's services before and I knew he would do a great job. And he did! He was punctual, paid great attention to detail and very clean (there was sanding involved so it was dusty, but he cleaned up). I was so happy when it was done and everything looked terrific.

Everything was great! Not only did Kevin install the hurricane shutter exactly as we discussed, but he also squeezed me in with almost no notice because I needed my work done basically immediately. He showed up on time, worked quickly, but thoroughly, cleaned up afterward, and was a total professional. Also super-noteworthy is that he helped me (free of charge!) with a couple of other small projects I had (helped measure and cut a metal curtain rod since I didn't have the proper saw on hand, and also helped me tighten some posts in my fence, and gave me some extra screws and anchors to help with my projects. He went ABOVE and BEYOND! Highly recommend.

Kevin is an extremely competent handyman/builder who can do a range of repairs and projects. He has done a number of house repairs for us, including fixing a rotted window frame; replacing a section of worn-out pipe under our kitchen sink; and installing a large cabinet in a bathroom. He lays out the time and expense involved in each repair before he starts; the invoices are always as outlined before he began work. The finished work is always first-rate. We recommend him highly.

Excellent. Kevin was extremely easy to work with, worked very hard and was on time every day. He even took my dog out while I was gone! I love my new bathroom, everything was well done in a timely manner.

Kevin Mallay cleaned, covered and sealed the problem area within two days of our request, and the awning replacement went ahead without a problem. Kevin consistently provides ingenuity and good judgement in handling repairs on our aging house. He restores things to good functionality without expensive remodeling.

Excellent job! I needed to replace the exterior door in my laundry room leading into the garage. Kevin showed up promptly for the installation and was meticulous in removing the old door as to not damage the frame, thus saving me the cost of having to replace it. He worked all day and installed the new door more securely than the old door. Upon completion, Kevin put everything back in its place, and cleaned up every last speck. I highly recommend him, and will definitely be utilizing his services in the future for additional work/repairs.

Kevin Mallay came out to my home on a Saturday and quoted a very fair price for the work that needed to be done. The following Monday, he arrived on time and worked the entire day on the project, then returned the next day to finish the job. It turned out to be quite labor-intensive because portions of the fencing had become entwined with tree roots. Mr. Mallay also did additional work above and beyond was was expected, without charge. He is polite, courteous, reliable, and obviously takes great pride in a job well done. I highly recommend his services.

Kevin was very professional.  He did the kitchen ceiling and I am so happy with the everything he did.  I love my new kitchen ceiling.  It makes the kitchen seem larger and after he was done he cleaned the areas.  I would recommend him with my co-workers and he would definitely be the handyman that I would use for future work around the apartment and future house.
