JB Appliance Repair

I have fallen in love with him. I have had then work on my washing machine, replace my dishwasher, install a water filter and new microwave. I wouldn't hesitate to call him for anything that is to do with appliances. I like his dependability. He is absolutely on time when he says he is going to be here. I get a sense sometimes that he is really busy and he can't make it this afternoon unless it's an awful emergency but if he says he would be here next Wednesday he would be here next Wednesday. His technical competency is very high and he knows everything that needs to be known about small appliances. As far as price goes I have no reason to think that his cost is lower than his competition. If John says its going to be $200 then it is going to be $200. I like his technical competence, dependability, professionalism and attitude. He is one of those people who can adopt his ship to whatever. He is a kind of guy where you can have any conversation. He is a very pleasant, professional and he is talkative. His clean up is like he was never here. He is very meticulous about that. A couple of times he has brought a helper who helped to clean up and wipe up. They even take their soiled cloths with them and they don't use my trash can. They are very good.

He seemed very knowledgeable. He seems to know what he was talking about. I had to wait a week for them to come.

I contacted JB Applieance to repair our stove. Unfortunately their technician got sick and they couldn't provide any services for at least 2-3 weeks. They offered to contact another agency and promissed to give me a call back later during the day. I provided them with all information on the stove problem. I did get a call from the company they recommended. Also the company got all info from JB Appliance regarding the stove and was ready to set an appointment. Even though I didn't use JB Appliances, I was happy with their professional responsiveness and eagerness to help.

He showed up on-time and made all necessary repairs.

I spent $180 on that work.

He came when he said he would, he charged for the minimum service visit and nothing more. He was clean, courteous, and very professional. He recommended an electrician to install the new circuit.

They took a look at the dryer and it was beyond repair. So, they assisted me in getting a new dryer and they installed it. They did not charge me for the service cost. They were professional, responsive, punctual, and they spoke English. They also cleaned up once the job was done. I was satisfied with their service.

He is excellent. He runs a smaller more family oriented business. He is very honest almost to the point of being a true saint. He always tells us just like it is. We called him about our washer machine and he came right out to check the washer. He told us that it would not be worth it to repair the washer machine, but we should just look into a new one. He is an excellent guy. I know that there have been times when he has not charged us service charges when he knew the job was going to be expensive. I give JB all A's!

The survey is in regards to my first service repair with the company. Since my repair to the dishwasher, I have used him several times. My previous experiences with this company has been more than satisfactory. I have been more than pleased with all of my interactions with Jon and his wife. Jon is the owner. His wife takes all the incoming telephone calls and makes the appointments. They are both wonderful, nice, genuine, honest and courteous. Jon is very reliable. He offers pointers of other things to be fixed by giving me a step by step guide to do so. He will state that it is a quick, easy fix that a homeowner can do on their own. I appreciate his desire to save the customer money in these quick fix projects. He is a #1 top rating all the way. I truly found a diamond of a repairman.

They were excellent. He was like an artist. He was very respectful and polite as well as efficient. He came in with tools and made it work. Everyone else had said it was cheaper to buy a new one. He even cleaned up after himself.

John was punctual, polite and hardworking. He repaired my range. The wine fridge needs replacing and he will get back to me with a replacement. I could not be happier with his service. I would recommend him to anyone, without reservation.

John Barrios has been repairing our appliances for many years and he is the best. He's always prompt, courteous, and thorough, and he explains what he's doing and why he's doing it. In the past, whenever he's fixed something for us, the appliance has gone on working well- for years! John was on time, worked quickly and successfully. He left the area cleaner and in better condition then he found it and with the washer working so quietly that I thought it had died. I couldn't be more pleased!

John is extremely capable, honest and forthright. If he says it has to be replaced, he's right. There are no tricks and he is very pleasant and works very, very cleanly.
