We're very sad be writing a mixed review for Infinity Weddings & Events. Monica is very personable and we enjoyed working with her overall.
The good:
She was great at motivating vendors and getting things done before the event. For example: Delays in getting alterations to my dress finished disappeared after she called the seamstress. We also loved the for her help price which was well below that of other planners who we spoke with.
The not as good:
She was so so at making sure the day happens exactly the way we asked. For example: The matted photo being used as a guestbook was not signed by most guests or using the acid free pen that we provided to her, a guest who has issues with chronic muscle fatigue said that she was not allowed to sit before we arrived, some guests told us that they did not receive their favor.
She did not follow though with some of her promised services. For example: The rental car was not ready when the best man went to pick it up, and cost around $200 more than planned.
She found extra vases (over 10? tall) while cleaning out her van over a week after the wedding. They have yet to be returned to us (the wedding was almost two months ago).
"Thank you for your review, however, we cannot locate or even remember any clients handled by Infinity Weddings & Events or by Monica,with the name of [member name removed] or her wedding of June 18th. Unfortunately, we just began using Angie's List and never saw this review until today, when we completed our profile. We really pride ourselves in remembering all our of clients, because we develop such a connection with each and everyone. If we did handle your wedding, we thank you for your review and promise that since then we have made strides to improve our customer/ wedding service.
