+ -1 moreHe's a man of his word! He was A- 1 professional, listened to what my concerns were and was not insulted when I looked up the price on a part. He just got back to me asking if everything was okay and to let me know he hasn't forgot about me. What I liked most about him was he didn't talk down to me, he explained it to me and showed it to me. I felt comfortable with him.
Description of Work: He came and changed out my thermostat.
