They are very good and honest. You feel comfortable leaving your vehicle there and they tell you exactly what is wrong. If you want them to, they'll try and keep the price down by offering to find less expensive parts or get you the best parts.

Experienced pulsation while applying brakes in the car my children drive. Triangle diagnosed the problem and was able to obtain parts and install the same day. This was critical as my children were leaving for college the next morning.

Based on word of mouth review, I dropped off a van I had just purchased at triangle 2 (Merritt Island CSWY) to get an extensive tune up complied with. Replace spark plugs and coil boots, replace fuel filter, tranny flush and fill, replace rear diff fluid with synthetic fluid, mount and balance 4 new tires, lube oil and filter. Triangle service tech reported shimmy while braking so I agreed to a brake rotor resurface and bearing repack. This came to $1796.49 .
The service writer kept me informed via frequent phone calls as to the progress of the service. I had needed the van for a trip the next day. The work was completed quickly and the staff were quite knowledgeable and friendly. The parts they used are top quality and I was satisfied with the actual work accomplished.
The reported shimmy under braking still occurs so the $150 spend on the bearing repack and rotor resurface did not fix the problem however it probably needed to be accomplished at the current mileage of the van. I did not report the problem not being fixed as I needed the van the next day.
The reason that I gave them a B on price is that one of their motto's is that they can perform scheduled maintenance at a lower cost than the dealer charges. They charged $419 to replace the spark plugs and boots, this is a big job on a van requiring several man hours. Afterwards however, I called my local Ford dealer and was quoted $100 less for this service, I did not compare any other services.
The bottom line is that Triangle Auto provides honest top quality maintenance if you are willing to pay for this, this is your place.
I have since had some small items done at Triangle 1 the Sikes Creek site. I did not fee the level of friendly service here that I did at the Triangle 2 location.

They Arranged To Have My Car Towed To Their Shop. They Were Very Professional and Did A Good Job. They Finished The Job When They Said They Would And Explained Everything To Me So I Could Understand What Was Needed And What They Did.

Transmission on my jeep was slipping. I assumed it was going to be a new transmission. It started spewing transmission fluid everywhere. They told me it was the end of the day but they would work on it immediately in the AM. Took it in when they opened, and they called me at lunch. It was just a fitting! They tightened the fitting, de-greased my whole undercarriage. It would have been the perfect opportunity for a dishonest shop to take advantage of me, but they did not. They will be my go to mechanic from now on.

I went in with a horrible tranny leak and fluid everywhere under my jeep. It wasn't shifting right and it wasn't idling right. Instead of taking advantage of my situation, and charging me for an expensive transmission, they simply fixed a fitting and degreased the undercarriage.
Very honest, very prompt. Great people to deal with.

My car wouldn't start on a Friday night. I called Triangle on Saturday morning, but did not have it towed in until Monday. Triangle called me on Tuesday and let me know the problem was with the ignition. I approved the repair and it was accomplished by Wednesday, which I picked it up. Marcus had given me an AAAplus price and had shopped around for the best price on parts. The incident is over and I will definitely call him at Triangle if I have any new car problems. He told me before I left that if I have any problem related to the repair he just made, it will be "on me." That was reassuring to me. Triangle personnel couldn't have been more professional.

I can't quite remember the price but it was fair. They are prompt, honest and well established. I have no complaints. I know the owner and the mechanic. They have good reviews.

After a lot of hit and miss efforts ( too numerous and detailed to mention) I stopped into Triangle and briefly spoke to the owner and then the service mgr. and eventually the mechanic who did the work. I have an older model car and didn't want to spend an arm and a leg getting a sticking door latch (drivers side) and a (somehow) punched into the door lock fixed (passenger side). Fortunate for me that they we not real busy at the time and took my car right in. I stood outside the bay a couple feet from where the mechanic was working on my car. As he took off the door panel we were talking about the situation and he was explaining what the problem was as he went. Turned out to be a bent actuator bar which he bent back - problem solved, panel back on door- 20 mins max. Next passenger door - panel off, lock and clip found inside door, mechanic re-attached, panel back on- 20 mins. Mechanic seemed to think damaged caused by someone trying to break into my car. Straight shooters- couldn't have asked for a better experience.
