I called, and set up an appointment, and they were on time, didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. Jason was the installer and called before the scheduled time, was prompt, very knowledgeable, and nice. When he was done, there was no mess,and took away the old door. Thank you for your awesome installation! Will call you again and recommend Paradise Garage Doors to everyone. Thank you.

Shaun came to our house the morning after I called and replaced the broken spring and did a general review and maintenance of the door and it has never worked better. Also replaced the bottom door seal with a much better one than was on the door before. Excellent service and performed work very fast and professionally.

they attached the mount with 2 steel plates, anchored in the concrete wall, Attached the mount with 2 steel plates with long anchors into the concrete wall. Replaced the spring, straighten out the dents and bends we had put in the door while trying to open it, lubed the stack, reattached the arm to the chain, and did a few other general maintenance items. You can't ask for a better job with polite and cooperative personnel. I highly recommend this company. All this and I had just called the day before, right before closing.

Great! Shaun was prompt, professional, and helpful. He was supposed to come between 1-4 PM but called to say he could earlier (same day service, by the way). I love that 1) he called and 2) he was able to come earlier than promised! Work was completed satisfactorily and quickly. Oh, and by the way, he gave me a discount for being a return customer which I didn't expect. Thanks, Shaun!

The appointment went great!!! First of all it was Saturday and we were so happy to even get anyone to come and look at it. Sean was very professional, evaluating the problems and suggesting upgrades to prevent problems in the future. A job well done in an efficient courteous manner. PROMPT RESPONSE TO MY CALL. SHAWN WAS PROFESSIONAL AND DID GREAT WORK QUICKLY REPAIRING MY DOOR SPRINGS AND REPLACED THE ROLLERS WHICH WERE ABOUT WORN OUT AND NEEDED REPLACEMENT. I HAD USED THEIR SERVICE BEFORE AS I AM A REAL ESTATE BROKER AND I MANAGE RENTAL PROPERTIES. GREAT COMPANY. Went well. Just make sure you have an understanding of what the cost rate is before they come out, otherwise you will pay more. Also, said they would have to replace springs because the door was part way up and the tension would have to be released and company policy is not to retention old springs (mine were five years old). I suggested that I help him to get the door down so I would not have to pay another $200 for springs. It worked.

Paradise Garage Doors were excellent - My car was in the garage and I couldn't get it opened to get to work I called and they had a repair tech out in less than an hour. My repair tech David was very knowledgeable and had me on my way in no time. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody
