Spoke to Shaun last evening and the had Jay here at 7 AM Garage door opener installed 6 months ago so was unsure if they've stand behind job Jay was here AS PROMISED at 7 AM He checked roller in question and made necessary adjustments to all other rollers Very professional work and attitude

First, their website works and they respond. This happened on a Sunday and we weren't confident the site was checked as many businesses have contact but never respond. Shawn arrived as promised explained the problem and fixed it promptly. He was very professional and for those concerned about COVID, he maintained the 6 foot distance and inquired if he would need to use a mask. Can't think of one thing even a small negative. Would recommend them to anyone needing their service,

Called Paradise at 0730, Shaun got here at 1030. Shaun found old (39 years) DC wiring was bad and rewired system. Shaun was professional and was finished by 1100 hours. Will call Paradise and ask for Shaun in the future.

Shaun came out to replace the springs on our garage door. He was both professional and knowledgeable, taking time to explain what he was going to do and give a few suggestions on a few other components that needed to be replaced. Our very old garage door now works great and is much more quiet than before....something our neighbors truly appreciate!

The tech, Leigh, called to ask if he could head to my house before the appointment time, which was awesome! He was able to diagnose and complete my repair work quickly. He left the garage area clean and in full working order. Very pleased with Leigh and Paradise Garage Doors!

Josh (service tech), called about 30 minutes before arrival and was on time. We discussed the problem and he proposed a solution—rebalance springs and replace bolt. He was polite, efficient and provided some education asl well. Couldn't be better.

Large 8 ft double wide hurricane door blew out a spring (like a sonic boom) and was too heavy to manually open. Called Paradise Garage Doors at 7:40 a.m. and the office was open! Twenty minutes later Jay and the service truck were in our driveway. Entire door and mechanism was refurbished like new. Jay did the same on our single wide door and all was complete in less than two hours. During this time frame, Jay gave me some valuable tips on maintaining and operating our doors properly. He also offered the package discount on having both doors properly refurbished. I've had several garage door services in the past and none have compared to the prompt response and high level of expertise from Jay of Paradise Garage Doors. Highly recommend them to any and all who read this review.

Went great for the install. Technician notified me that the springs were not going to last much longer and likely caused the previous opener to fail. I went for the "Overhaul" package and replaced springs, drums, cables, rollers, etc.. and it was well worth it! Opens so quietly now! Only very minor complaint were some greasy hand prints on the outside of the door that I didn't notice until he left. Not a huge deal, it's cleanable. Leigh was very knowledgeable and and explained everything thoroughly. Nice work!

I scheduled a week ahead of time although they do do same day service. They called promptly on the scheduled day prior to coming just like they said they would. Their technician Shaun replaced the springs on the garage door and then suggested we replace the cable coils and the steel track rollers with new nylon ones. There was no hard sell on the additional work. I gave him the go ahead and everything was done in just over an hour. The 20 year old door is now good as new and much quieter due to the new nylon rollers. Pricing for the job was very reasonable, especially when compared to the cost of a new door. Thanks Paradise.

Josh did an excellent job. He is reassuring, and personable. He knew exactly what was wrong, and how to solve our problem. He took the time to make sure it was working properly. Since this was on a Sunday, we were hesitant about the cost, but it was very fair and reasonable. I would use them again, and would recommend them.

Messed up my door unit entry codes.........when we were leaving for two weeks!!! Paradise was very responsive to our call when we returned and was at our door the same day to get us operational again. Shaun was punctual and professional and took care of the issue in 10 minutes. Paradise installed a new opener and service to the garage doors a few months ago. This call to help was NO CHARGE and in support of their customers. Great job by Shaun and thanks to him and Paradise!! Will call them to get our other garage door!!

My garage door was stuck in the open position two days before hurricane Dorian was to hit. The technician (David) came within an hour of my call and quickly identified the problem. David was able to quickly repair and adjust my door for the correct settings. I will recommend Paradise Garage Doors for any repairs needed...especially when a hurricane is going to hit you and other companies (even 24/7) have closed down. I am grateful.
